Una piccola strada asfaltata sulle colline collega la struttura alla strada SR439 che conduce al paese di Castellina in Chianti. La posizione strategica di “Bellavista” permette di raggiungere la città, i suoi servizi e la superstrada Firenze-Siena in meno di 5 minuti.
La struttura ha 4 appartamenti con soggiorno, angolo cottura, camere, servizi, impianti di riscaldamento, un ampio giardino in comune, piscina (6x12m; profondità da 1,2m a 1,8m; aperta dal 1° sabato di Maggio all’ultimo Sabato di Ottobre), terrazza panoramica, parcheggio oltre a due camere (una delle quali con angolo cottura) ciascuna con bagno.
La piscina rimane aperta dal primo sabato di Maggio all’ultimo sabato di Ottobre.
Si accettano animali ma gli appartamenti sono sprovvisti di una propria porzione di giardino recintato; l’intera proprietà però è recintata.

ULI 55m² Si trova a piano terra. Dispone di un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e camera matrimoniale. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una porta, lasciata aperta all’occorrenza, si scendono delle scale che conducono ad un seminterrato.

PENDI 55m² E’ il seminterrato accennato descrivendo l’appartamento “Uly”. Ha due accessi: il primo per mezzo di una scala che lo collega all’appartamento superiore (“Uly”); il secondo, rappresentato da un corridoio, conduce al giardino poco distante dalla piscina. “Pendy” è un monolocale munito di letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, bagno con doccia e divano letto matrimoniale.

Sul corridoio che collega l’appartamento “Pendy” al giardino esterno si affacciano anche due camere matrimoniali (una delle quali munita di un piccolo angolo cottura) con bagno-doccia che vengono prenotate separatamente.
Per chi vuole affittare “Uly” + “Pendy” + una o due delle camere, vi è uno sconto del 10%.

QUERI 70m² Si trova al primo piano e vi si accede per mezzo di una rampa di scale. L’ampio terrazzo di cui dispone offre un ottimo panorama delle colline circostanti e delle torri di San Gimignano.
L’appartamento è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, camino, divano letto singolo, bagno con doccia e due camere matrimoniali, in una delle camere è presente anche un letto singolo.

BELLAVISTA Set on a crest, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the San Gimignano towers far away, “Bellavista” raises above the town of Poggibonsi which is only 2 km away.
A narrow asphalt road on the hills, links the building to the “SR 439” road leading to the small town of Castellina in Chianti. The strategic position of “Bellavista” allows you to reach Poggibonsi, its facilities and the Firenze-Siena speedway in less than five minutes.
The house has 4 flats each of them with a living room, a cooking area, bedrooms, bathrooms, central heating,  a large garden in common, a swimming pool (6 x 12 with a depth of 1.2 to 1.8), a terrace with a view, a parking area and also two bedrooms (one of which with a cooking area) and each with a bathroom. The pool is available from the first Saturday of May until the last Saturday of October.
Pets are welcome but the flats do not have a fenced garden of their own, though the whole property is totally fenced.

ULY (55sqm) This flat is on the ground floor. It has a large living room with a cooking area and a double sofa bed. It has  a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. If the living room door is left open, you can get to the basement flat,  by going down a  staircase.

PENDI (55sqm) This is the above mentioned basement flat which can be reached not only from the “Uly” living room door and staircase, but also from the garden, by means of a corridor leading also to the pool. “Pendi” is a studio flat with a double bed, a cooking area, a bathroom with a shower and a double sofa bed.
There are also two double bedrooms, along this corridor. One of them has a small cooking area. Both have a bathroom with a shower and a double sofa bed.

If you want to rent “Uly” + “Pendi” + one of the two bedrooms, you can get a 10% discount.

“BETI” (55sqm) Like “Uly” , also this flat is on the ground floor. It has a large living room with a cooking area and a double sofa bed. It has also a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.

QUERI (70sqm) This flat is on the first floor and can be reached by means of a staircase. It has a large terrace with a beautiful view over the nearby hills and the San Gimignano towers.
It has a large living room with a cooking area, a fireplace, and a single  sofa bed. This flat has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms is equipped with an extra single bed.

 BELLAVISTA Dieses Haus steht auf einem Gebirgskamm und schaut auf ein bezauberndes Panorama mit Blick über die Stadt von Poggibonsi und in der Ferne die Torri von Gimignano nur 2 km entfernt.
Eine kleine asphaltierte Strasse verbindet die Strasse SR 439, die zum Dorf Castellina in Chianti führt sowie ist in 5 Min. die Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Schnellstrasse Firenze-Siena erreichbar.
Das Haus ist in 4 Wohnungen unterteilt mit je einem Wohnraum, Küchenzeile, Schlaf- Zimmer, Nasszeilen, Heizung, ein großer, gemeinsamer Garten, Schwimmbad (6x12m; variable Tiefe von 1,2 bis 1,8m; offen von erste Samstag von Mai bis leaste Samstag von October ), Panoramaterrasse, Parkplatz, sowie zwei Zimmer (wovon eine mit Küchenecke) beide mit Bad.
Das Schwimmbad ist gefüllt vom ersten Samstag im Mai bis letzten Samstag im Oktober. Tiere sind erlaubt, doch sind nicht die einzelnen Wohnungen sondern nur das ganze Anwesen eingezäunt.

Auf dem Gang, der die Wohnung „Pendi“ zum Garten verbindet befinden sich auch zwei Wohnzimmer (eines davon mit Küchenzeile) je mit Doppelbett und Dusche, die separat vermietet werden.
Wer „Uli“ + „Pendi“ + eines der Zimmer  zusammen mieten möchte hat einen Skonto  von 10%.

BETI 55 m² Wie „Uly“ befindet sich auch diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Einrichtung ist ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Sofa-Doppelbett, Dusche und Doppelschlafzimmer.

QUERI 70 m² Befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Von der Terrasse hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über die umliegenden Hügel bis zu San Gimignano. Die Einrichtung ist ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Kamin, Sofa-Einzelbett, Dusche und zwei Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer. In einem der beiden Zimmer ist auch ein drittes Bett.
