E’ una porzione di casa colonica in mattoni in stile tipicamente senese. E’ ubicata in mezzo alle dolci colline fra Monte San Savino e Lucignano e si trova a soli 7,5 km dal casello autostradale di Monte San Savino ed a soli 5 km da Lucignano.
L’autostrada dista 300-350 mt in linea d’aria cosicché è possibile raggiungere alcune importanti località quali Arezzo, Montepulciano, Cianciano Terme in circa 30 minuti.
Immersa in un verde rigoglioso, Casa Piera offre la possibilità di godere appieno del giardino e del bel pergolato di glicine che si trova a sinistra dell’ingresso. A destra dell’abitazione, a circa 20-30 mt, si trova l’altra parte del giardino con la piscina (9x6x1,2 mt). Questa viene talvolta usata anche dai proprietari che in alcuni giorni della settimana vivono sul retro della casa colonica dov’è ubicata Casa Piera.
I proprietari sono simpatici, amichevoli ma anche rispettosi della privacy degli ospiti.
Casa Piera si sviluppa su due piani. Al piano terra c’è un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, un grande camino, un tavolo con panche e sedie ed un divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo.
Al primo piano si trovano le due camere (una matrimoniale e l’altra con due letti singoli) e il bagno con vasca. La casa dispone anche di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e BBQ.
Casa Piera è una casa ideale per chi ha dei bambini (potranno giocare tranquillamente a piedi nudi sul prato) o per chi decide di usare questa abitazione come campo base per visitare le bellezze del posto.

 CASA PIERA “Casa Piera” is a part of a red brick farm house built in the typical Sienese style. It lies among the beautiful hills between Monte San Savino and Lucignano. It is only 7.5 km from Monte San Savino  toll gate, and only 5 km from Lucignano.
The motorway is about 300-350 mt from the house, in a straight line, therefore you can reach some important towns like Arezzo, Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme in about 30 minutes.
It is surrounded by a beautiful green vegetation and has a  garden and a wisteria pergola to the left of the entrance door. To the right of the house, about 20-30 metres away, there is the other part of the garden with a swimming pool (9x6x1.2). The pool is used by the owners too who, sometimes during  the week, stay in the house at the back of the farm  where “Casa Piera” is located.
The owners are very nice and  friendly but also respectful of the guests’ privacy.
“Casa Piera” has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a cooking area, a large fireplace, a table with benches and chairs, and a three-quarter sofa bed. The bathroom with a tub and the two bedrooms are upstairs (one is a double room, the other a twin-bedded room)  The house has a washing machine and a dishwasher, an oven and a BBQ.
“Casa Piera” is the ideal place for people with children (they can safely play barefooted on the lawn) or for people who want to visit the many beautiful places and towns not far away from the house.

 CASA PIERA Es handelt sich um einen Teil eines Landhauses aus Steinen im sienesischen Stil. Das Haus befindet sich inmitten sanfter Hügel zwischen Monte San Savino und Lucignano, nur 7,5 km von der Mautstelle Monte San Savino und 5 km von Lucignano entfernt.
Die Autobahn ist Luftlinie 300-350 m entfernt, so dass man einige wichtigen Städte wie Arezzo, Montepulciano und Cianciano Terme in 30 Minuten erreichen kann.
Eingebettet in üppiges Grün, bietet Casa Piera die Möglichkeit den Garten und die mit Glyzinien bewachsene Pergola links des Eingangs voll zu genießen. Auf der rechten Seite des Hauses befindet sich der andere Teil des Gartens mit dem Pool (9x6x1,2 m). Der Pool wird auch von den Besitzern benutzt, die auf der hinteren Seite von Casa Pieta einige Tage in der Woche wohnen. Die Besitzer sind nett, freundlich und haben viel Respekt vor die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.
