A soli 8 km da Montepulciano ed immerso nel verde delle colline toscane, su una panoramica vallata tra vigneti, oliveti ed alberi da frutto, sorge “Il Giardino”: un’antica casa colonica composta da due casolari sapientemente ristrutturati.
All’arrivo troverete il primo casolare dove al primo piano risiede il proprietario mentre a piano terra sono state ricavate 3 camere matrimoniali con ingresso indipendente, dotate ciascuna di bagno con doccia, aria condizionata, e Tv-Sat. Queste tre camere vengono usate per il servizio Bed&Breakfast. Accanto alla camera “La Vite” (le altre due sono “Il Noce” e “L’Olivo”) c’è un pergolato a disposizione degli ospiti di questa camera. Di fronte a ciascuna delle tre camere c’è un tavolo con sedie per poter stare all’aperto. Il servizio B&B include la colazione ma non le pulizie giornaliere.

Accanto al pergolato della camera “La Vite” c’è l’ingresso della sala ristorazione dove, pagando un extra, tutti gli ospiti possono usufruire delle colazioni e delle cene preparate dalla mani esperte dei proprietari. Nella sala è presente anche un servizio Wi-Fi gratuito.

Circa 30-40 metri dietro al casale dove vivono i proprietari, su una collinetta, si trova il secondo casolare in pietra in cui sono stati ricavati tre appartamenti: Girasole, Giglio e Ginestra.
“Girasole” e “Giglio” sono speculari e si trovano sulla parte più alta del casolare ma comunque sempre a piano terra. Entrambi misurano circa 45m² e sono composti da soggiorno con angolo cottura con fornelli a gas, un piccolo frigorifero, un piccolo forno elettrico, divano letto singolo, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno anche un’ampia terrazza panoramica munita di tavolo e sedie.
L’appartamento “Ginestra” è molto simile ai primi due ma si differenzia solamente per essere un po’ più piccolo (35m²) e per la presenza di un mobile-cucina con all’interno un piccolo acquaio e 2 fornelli a gas. “La Ginestra” ha però un giardino più ampio rispetto agli altri due appartamenti.
Circa 20 metri dopo e più in basso rispetto al secondo casolare si trova la piscina (6x12m con profondità da 1,3 a 1,8 m).

“Il Giardino” è veramente un’oasi di pace e verde dove apprezzare la quiete della campagna toscana e dove, siamo sicuri, vorrete tornare.

 “Il Giardino” – only 8 km from Montepulciano -  is located amidst the green of the Tuscan hills in a beautiful valley and surrounded by vineyards , olive trees and fruit trees. It is an ancient farmhouse made up of two intelligently refurbished small buildings.
As soon as you get there you will see the first building where the owners live (on the first floor). On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms with an independent entrance, each with a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and Sat-TV. These three bedrooms are used for bed-and-breakfast accommodation. Next to the bedroom called “La Vite” (the others are called “Il Noce” and “L’Olivo”) there is a pergola which can be used by the guests of this room. Each room has got a table with chairs outside where you can sit in the open air. “B&B” accommodation includes breakfast, of course, but not the daily cleaning of the rooms.

Next to the pergola of “La Vite”, there is the dining room door. By paying an extra sum of money all guests can enjoy breakfast and meals made by the expert hands of the owners. In the dining room there is also a free Wi-Fi service.

About 30-40 metres behind the owners’ house, on a small hill, there is the second stone building with three flats :”Girasole”, “ Giglio” and “Ginestra”.
“Girasole” and “Giglio” are identical and are on the upper part of the building but still on the ground floor. Both are about 45Sqm and have a living room with a cooking area (with a gas cooker, a small fridge, and a small electric oven), and a single sofa bed. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Both flats also have a bathroom with a shower and a large terrace with a view.
 “Ginestra”  is very similar to the other two flats but is a little bit smaller (35Sqm). This flat has got cooking facilities, that is a cupboard with a small sink and two gas cookers inside it. It has a larger garden though.

“Il Giardino” is really an oasis  of peace ad green where you can enjoy the quietness of the Tuscan countryside and where, we are positive, you will come again.

 Nur 8 km von Montepulciano entfernt, eingebettet in Grün der toskanischen Hügel, in einem Tal mit Ausblick, inmitten von Weinbergen, Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen liegt „Il Giardino“: Ein altes Bauernhaus, das aus zwei renovierten Strukturen besteht.
Beim Ankommen finden Sie die erste Struktur: Hier wohnt im ersten Stock der Besitzer und  im Erdgeschoß befinden sich 3 Doppelbettzimmer (La Vite, Il Noce und L’Olivo) mit dem Service Bed&Breakfast. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über  einen unabhängigen Eingang, Bad mit Dusche, Klimaanlage und SAT –TV und draußen gegenüber dem Zimmer einen Tisch mit Stühlen. Neben „La Vite“ ist eine Laube, die zur Verfügung der Gäste dieses Zimmers steht. In dem Bed&Breakfast Service ist das Frühstück aber nicht die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers inkludiert.
Neben der Laube des “La Vite” befindet sich der Eingang des Speisesaals. Hier können alle Gäste gegen Aufpreis das Frühstück oder das Abendessen konsumieren. Alles wird von den geschickten Händen der Besitzer vorbereitet. Im Speisesaal steht der gratis Service Wi-Fi zur Verfügung.

„Girasole“ und „Giglio“ sind spiegelverkehrt und befinden sich auf dem höchsten Teil der Struktur, aber  immer noch im Erdgeschoß. Beide sind ca. 45m² groß und bestehen aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, Gasherde, kleinem Kühlschrank, elektrischem Ofen, Einzelbettschlafsofa, einem Doppelbettzimmer und einem Bad mit Dusche. Beide Wohnungen verfügen über eine große Terrasse mit Ausblick, die mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet ist.
“Ginestra” sieht den anderen zwei Wohnungen sehr ähnlich. Sie ist etwas kleiner (35m²) und hat ein Möbel mit zwei Kochplatten und Spüle. Der Garten dieser Wohnung ist größer als der von Girasole und Giglio.
Ca. 20 m hinunter befindet sich der Pool (6x12 m; Tiefe von 1,3 bis 1,8 m).
„Il Giardino“ ist wirklich eine grüne Oase, wo man die Ruhe des toskanischen Landes genießen kann. Hier sind wir sicher, werden Sie wieder kommen wollen.
