A soli 17 km da Lucca e 5 km da Collodi, sulle colline (500 metri s.l.m.) del comune di Capannori sorge questa prestigiosa e caratteristica casa colonica (suddivisa in tre appartamenti). Dal giardino e dalla piscina si gode un bellissimo panorama sulla piana di Lucca, sulla Valdinievole e, quando la visibilità lo permette, anche sul mare Tirreno.
Aprendo tre porte interne, i tre appartamenti possono trasformarsi in un’unica villa.
A circa 20 mt dalla villa, scendendo due rampe di scale, si accede alla terrazza panoramica con sedie, sdraio, ombrelloni e piscina a due profondità (11x4,50 metri; profondità da 1,40 a 2,40 metri; la piscina è aperta dall’ultimo Sabato di Aprile al primo Sabato di Ottobre).
A disposizione degli ospiti vi è anche una lavanderia accessibile dalla zona piscina.
La zona dove sorge “Villalta” è molto tranquilla e panoramica.

LAPO Questo appartamento sviluppa i suoi 90m² su due piani. A piano terra troviamo un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura in muratura e parete in pietra. Oltrepassando un arco troviamo un disimpegno dove si trovano due porte che, se lasciate aperte, condurrebbero una all’app.to “Petty” e l’altra all’app.to “Lusy”. Dal disimpegno ha inizio anche una scala in pietra che conduce al reparto notte composto da due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno/doccia privato.

LUSY Anche questo appartamento si sviluppa per circa 90m² ma, a differenza di “Lapo”, è completamente a piano terra. Vi si può accedere anche per mezzo di un secondo cancello (dunque offre molta privacy anche se il giardino fra “Lapo” e “Lusy” non è separato da una recinzione). Di fronte all’ingresso (caratterizzato da un’ampia porta in ferro battuto e vetro) si trova un porticato in ferro battuto ed ombreggiante dov’è presente un tavolo con sedie.
Il soggiorno (molto spazioso) presenta due divani letto singoli, un angolo cottura con cucina in muratura ed un’intera parete in pietra.
Per mezzo di un arco si accede al reparto notte. Da qui, per mezzo di due porte, se lasciate aperte, si potrebbe accedere all’appartamento “Petty” e all’appartamento “Lapo”.
Dal corridoio del reparto notte si accede anche alle due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno/doccia privato.

PETTY Si tratta di un monolocale che misura circa 36m². Il fatto che presenti una porta comunicante nel soggiorno (che lo collega a “Lapo”) e l’altra nel disimpegno del bagno (che, se lasciata aperta, lo collegherebbe all’appartamento “Lusy”) fa divenire questo appartamento un “jolly”. Si presta ad essere affittato da solo, oppure insieme a uno dei due appartamenti più grandi oppure a far divenire i tre appartamenti una grande unica villa.
Nel soggiorno è presente un comodo divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina componibile ed un tavolo con sedie. Dispone di un proprio bagno con doccia e di un ingresso con un’ampia porta finestra in ferro battuto e vetro che si affaccia sul giardino dell’appartamento “Lapo”.
Il monolocale è accessibile sia dal giardino dov’è l’ingresso di “Lapo” sia, per mezzo di scalette, da un secondo cancello a circa 10 metri dalla villa.

L’arredamento dei tre appartamenti è confortevole e di ottima qualità.

VILLALTAThis impressive and characteristic country farm, which is divided into three flats, is  just 17 km from Lucca and 5 km from Collodi on the hills of the Capannori Municipal district which are 500 m above sea level. From the garden, and swimming pool, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Lucca plain, over  “Valdinievole” and, when the visibility is good, over the Tyrrhenian sea as well.
By opening three internal doors, the three flats can be turned into just one villa. About 20m from the building, by going down three flights of stairs, you get to the panoramic terrace, where there are chairs, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and a swimming pool with two depths (11x4.50 m; depths from 1.40 to 2.40 m). The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Guests can also use a laundry room which is accessible from the pool area.
“Villalta”  is very quiet and panoramic.

LAPO This flat, of about 90sqm, is on two floors. There is a large living room, on the ground floor, with a double sofa bed,  masonry cooking facilities and a stone wall.  Past the arch, there is a corridor with  two doors which, if left open, would  lead to the flats “Petty” and “Lusy”. In this corridor, there is also a stone staircase leading to the night area, where there are two en suite double bedrooms, each with a tub/shower.

LUSY Also this flat is about 90sqm but, unlike “Lapo” , is totally on the ground floor. It can be reached also by means of a second gate (therefore, it offers a lot of privacy, even though the garden between “Lapo” and “Lusy” is not separated by a fence). In front of the main door  - made of wrought iron and glass - there is a  shady wrought iron portico with a table and chairs.
There are two single sofa beds in the spacious living room, a cooking area with  masonry cooking facilities and a  stone wall.
The night area corridor is past the arch. In this corridor, there are  two doors which, if left open, would  lead to the flats “Petty” and “Lapo”.
From the night area corridor, you have  access to the two en suite double bedrooms, each with a tub/shower.

PETTY This is a studio flat of about 36sqm. This flat has a door in the living room communicating with “Lapo”, and another one, in the bathroom corridor, which, if left open, would connect the studio flat also with “Lusy”. This makes “Petty” function as a sort of factotum. It can be rented alone or with one of the two bigger flats. It can also turn the three flats  into just one  villa.
There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, a fitted kitchen and a table with chairs. It has its own bathroom with a shower and a hall with a large wrought iron French door  opening onto  “Lapo”’s garden.
This studio flat is accessible both from the garden, where there is “Lapo”’s entrance door, and, by means of a staircase, from a second gate which is about 10 m from the villa.

The three flats are comfortably and elegantly furnished.

 VILLA ALTA 17 km von Lucca und 5 km von Collodi, auf den Hügeln (500 m ü. Meer) von Capannori erhebt sich dieses wirkungsvolle und charakteristische Kolonialhaus, in drei Wohnungen unterteilt. Vom Garten und Schwimmbad geniesst man eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Panorama von Lucca, die Valdinievole und, wenn die Sicht es erlaubt, auf das tirrenische Meer. Wenn man im Haus drei Türen öffnet verwandeln sich die Wohnungen in eine einzige Villa. Ca. 20 m von der Villa entfernt, zwei Treppen weiter unten, kommt man zur Terrasse mit Gartenststühlen, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirme und einem Schwimmbad, 11 x 4.50 m mit zwei Tiefen von 1.40 bis 2.40 m. Das Schwimmbad ist ab letzten Samstag im April bis zum ersten Samstag im Oktober geöffnet. Zur Verfügung der Gäste ist auch eine Wäscherei, die von der Schwimmbadzone zugänglich ist.

LAPO Diese Maisonette ist 90m2 gross. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa-Doppelbett und in einer Steinmauer eingebauten Küchenecke. Ein Türbogen führt durch einen kleinen Gang zu zwei Türen die, wenn offen gelassen zu den Wohnungen „Petty“ und „Lusy“ führen. Vom gleichen Gang führt eine Steintreppe zu zwei Doppel- schlafzimmern mit je einer Dusche.

LUSY Auch diese ebenerdige Wohnung misst ca. 90m2. Zu dieser Wohnung kommt man auch  durch ein separates Tor ( es bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre, wenn auch der Garten zwischen „Lapo“ und „Lucy“ nicht durch einen Zaun getrennt ist). Gegenüber dem Eingang (gekenn-zeichnet durch ein grosses Tor in Schmideisen und Glas) kommt man zu einem Schmid-eisernen und schattenspendenden Bogengang mit einem Tisch mit Stühlen. Im sehr grossen Wohnzimmer finden Sie zwei Einzelsofabetten und wiederum eine Stein mauer mit einer Küchenecke, ebenfalls aus Stein. Durch einen weiteren Bogen kommen Sie zu zwei Doppel-Schlafzimmer mit je einer Dusche. Sie kommen jedoch auch zu zwei Türen durch die, wenn sie offengelassen, man zu den Wohnungen „Petty“ und „Lapo“ gelangt.

PETTY Dies ist eine Einzimmerwohnung mit ca. 36m2. Diese Wohnung ist sehr wandelbar. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Tür, die eine Verbindung zu „Lapo“ herstellt. Die Tür, die sich neben dem Bad befindet führt zur Wohnung „Lusy“. Somit kann diese Wohnung einzel, in Verbindung mit einer Anderen oder alle drei zusammen gemietet werden. Dann hätten Sie eine grosse Villa. Der Eingang ist ein grosses Tor aus Schmideisen und Glas mit Sicht auf den Garten von „Lapo“. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Doppel-Sofabett, eine Küchenzeile, ein Tisch mit Stühlen und eine eigene Dusche. Diese Einzimmerwohnung ist sowohl vom Garten her (gleicher Eingang wie „Lapo“)  als auch über eine kleine Treppe durch ein zweites Tor ca. 10 m vom Haus entfernt erreichbar.

Die Einrichtung der drei Wohnungen ist sehr komfortabel und von super Qualität.
