E’ una casa molto comoda e luminosa. E’ situata sulla Strada Panoramica, poco prima della fine del paese di Porto S. Stefano e molto vicino alla “Scalinata delle Mimose” (scalinata che conduce sia al mare che sul lungo mare del paese): è l’ideale per due coppie o per una famiglia con bambini non troppo piccoli. La proprietà è interamente recintata (adatta anche a chi volesse venire in vacanza con il proprio cane) e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare in giardino fino a due auto.
Un gazebo, ubicato nella parte più verde del giardino, permette di poter mangiare all’aperto avendo la possibilità di ammirare un bellissimo spicchio di mare. Questo è comunque visibile da ogni punto del giardino antistante la casa.
L’abitazione al suo interno è così composta: soggiorno con angolo cottura munito di forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore, tavolo con sedie, divano e Tv.
Dal soggiorno si accede al reparto notte costituito da una camera matrimoniale, camera con un letto singolo più un secondo letto estraibile all’occorrenza, bagno con doccia e ripostiglio dove si trova lo scaldabagno e la lavatrice. Dalle finestre e porte-finestra delle due camere e dal soggiorno si ha la possibilità di vedere il mare.
“Angolo Verde” è senz’altro l’ideale per chi ama recarsi al mare durante il giorno e scendere in paese di sera per andare a mangiarsi un gelato passeggiando per le vie di Porto S. Stefano.
Questa abitazione confina con il giardino di “La Panoramica” e pertanto, qualora siate più di 4 persone, sarebbe assai comodo affittare entrambe queste case per avere la possibilità di trascorrere insieme le vacanze mantenendo ciascuno la propria privacy.

 ANGOLO VERDE It is a well lit and comfortable house located on the Panoramic Road, just before the end of the small town of Porto Santo Stefano and very near the “Scalinata delle Mimose” (a flight of steps lined by mimosas  leading both to the sea and to the small town promenade). The house is ideal for two couples or a family with  children who are not too small. The property is totally fenced (suitable also for people who want to take their dog) and offers the possibility to park up to two cars in the garden.
A gazebo, which is in the greenest part of the garden, allows guests to have meals outside and watch a beautiful segment of the sea while eating. The sea is visible form all parts of the garden in front of the house.
“Angolo Verde” has a living room with a cooking area (equipped with an electric oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer). In the living room there is also a table with chairs, a sofa and  a TV set.
From this room you can get to the night area, where there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an extra pull-out bed in case of need) a bathroom with a shower, and a closet with a boiler and a washing machine. You can see the sea from the windows and French windows of the bedrooms and living room.
“Angolo Verde” is undoubtedly ideal for people who want to go to the sea during the day and to the town centre in the evening to have an ice cream and a walk in the streets of Porto Santo Stefano.
This house borders “La Panoramica” garden and therefore, if guests are more than four, it would be proper to rent the two houses to have a nice holiday together and, at the same time, the right amount of privacy.

 ANGOLO VERDE ist ein sehr bequemes und helles Haus. Es liegt auf der „Strada Panoramica“ am Ortsende von Porto S. Stefano, in der Nähe von der „Scalinata delle Mimose“ (eine Treppe die ans Meer und an die Seepromenade führt). Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Paare oder für eine Familie mit nicht so ganz kleinen Kindern. Das Grundstück ist ganz eingezäunt (geeignet auch für einen Urlaub mit Hund) und bietet Platz für zwei Autos im Garten. Unter einem Pavillon (gelegen in dem grüneren Teil des Gartens) kann man draußen essen und den Blick auf ein schönes Meeresstück  genießen. Das Meer kann man aus dem Vorgarten sowie aus allen Fenstern der Schlafzimmer sehen. Das Haus besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und TV, einer Kochecke (mit elektrischem Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach, Tisch mit Stühlen) einem Doppelbettzimmer, einem Einzelbettzimmer mit einem zweiten ausziehbaren Bett, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Boiler. „Angolo Verde“ ist sicherlich das optimale Quartier für diejenigen, die am Tag am Meer sein wollen und am Abend durch die Straße von Porto S. Stefano spazieren möchten.
