La villetta possiede due ingressi: uno pedonale e l'altro per l'auto (se non volete lasciarla sulla stradina che costeggia l'abitazione). Una volta varcato il cancello avrete di fronte a voi un giardino immerso nel verde di oleandri e pini. Per mezzo di alcuni gradini si accede alla veranda che munita di tavolo e tenda da sole offre un posto all'aperto per colazioni, pranzi e cene al fresco. It is a two floor small villa immersed in a green garden of Eden, and it is ideal for people who want to spend a relaxing holiday near the sea, far from the hectic life of working days. It has got two entrances: one for people and one for vehicles (but you can park your car - if you want - also along the narrow street bordering the villa). Once you go through the gate, you get into a beautiful garden full of oleanders and pine trees. A few steps lead to the veranda, where there is a dining table and awnings, and where you can have your meals in the open air. From the veranda you go straight into the living room, through a glass door. A small and cosy dining room, with a table, a double sofa bed and a sideboard, is to be found before the kitchenette, the bathroom (with no tub and/or shower) and the closet.
From the living room, by walking up a wooden staircase, you get to the night area where there are three bedrooms (two bedrooms are large while the other has got a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a small tub that can also be used as a shower.
The washing machine is in the small terrace next to the kitchenette. The place has got central heating, which will allows you to use the "villetta" even when the temperature is low.

Zum einkaufen können Sie nach Marina di Grosseto fahren (nur 5 km entfernt).
Es handelt sich um ein zweistöckiges Haus, eingebettet in ein grünes Paradies. Das Ideal für die, die einen entspannten Meeresurlaub, ohne die tägliche Hektik eines Arbeitstages, verbringen wollen.
Das Haus verfügt über zwei Eingänge: einen für die Fußgänger und einen für das Auto (falls Sie das Auto nicht in der kleinen Straße neben dem Haus lassen wollen). Nachdem Sie durch den Tor gegangen sind, kommen Sie in einen sehr großen Garten, eingebettet in das Grün von Oleanderbüschen und Pinienbäumen. Über einige Stufen kommt man zu der mit Tisch und Markise ausgestatteten Terrasse, die einen Platz im Freien im Schatten für das Frühstück, das Mittagessen oder das Abendessen bietet. Von der Terrasse kommt durch eine Glastür ins Wohnzimmer. Ein gemütliches kleines Wohnzimmer, ausgestattet mit Tisch, Doppelbettsofa und Schrankwand dient als Eingang für die Kochnische, das WC und die Abstellkammer.
Von Wohnzimmer aus, über eine Holztreppe, kommt man zu dem Schlafbereich, der über 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit einer kleinen Badewanne verfügt, die man als Dusche benutzen kann. Zwei sind Doppelzimmer und im dritten steht ein Stockbett.
