Immersa nella grande pineta costiera con una vastissima spiaggia sabbiosa che si estende fino alla foce del fiume Ombrone, Principina a Mare è una delle località balneari più ambite della Maremma. Nel periodo di bassa stagione i negozi sono tuttavia quasi tutti chiusi e fare acquisti è possibile solo a Marina di Grosseto (6-8 Km). Questo grazioso appartamento si trova al primo piano. La grande terrazza balconata è circondata dalle chiome dei pini marittimi. Un luogo fantastico per frescheggiare! Trovate una camera con letto matrimoniale, una con due letti, un bagno con lavatrice ed un soggiorno con zona pranzo. Anziché avere il divano letto ha un letto in più a disposizione. Qui non ci sono vicini, solo gli uccellini, le cicale e i fiori. La spiaggia dista ca. 700 m ed è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.

 Principina a Mare - which is located in the heart of a beautiful pinewood, lining a splendid sandy beach which goes as far as the mouth of the Ombrone River - is one of the most popular Maremma seaside resorts. In the low season period almost all the shops are closed, so, in case you need to do some shopping, you will have to go to Marina di Grosseto (6-8 Km).This nice flat is on the first floor. The large terrace is surrounded by pine trees which make it cool and an ideal place to relax. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a living room with a dining area It has got an extra bed. There are no neighbours here, only birds, cicadas and beautiful flowers.The beach is only 700 metres away so you can easily walk there.

 Eingebettet in die große Küstenpineta mit einem breiten Sandstrand, der sich bis zur Mündung des Ombrone erstreckt, ist Principina a Mare einer der gefragtesten Badeorte der Maremma. In der Vor- und Nachsaison sind hier aber viele Geschäfte geschlossen, so dass Sie zum Einkaufen nach Marina di Grosseto (6 - 8 km) fahren müssen - aber um so ruhiger und erholsamer ist es hier. Keine 100 Meter davon entfernt wird eine weitere Wohnung angeboten, ganz gleich wie L'Ondina, nur dass hier statt der zwei Schlafsofas im Wohnraum ein Zusatzbett vorhanden ist. Die zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche sind wie vorher beschrieben. Die große Balkonterrasse wird von einer Markise überschattet. Hier oben hat man keine Nachbarn, nur die Vögel und Zikaden in den Bäumen, Musikanten für laue Sommernächte.
