Qui avrete l'occasione unica di trascorrere una vacanza in una casa in pietra molto particolare. L'abitazione è completamente recintata ed indipendente da quella del proprietario ubicata sul retro. Il giardino è molto verde e ricco di piante. Si gode di un bellissimo panorama sul paesaggio collinare circostante.
Nel corso degli anni Casa Melania è stata ristrutturata con grande amore per i dettagli da parte dei proprietari Italo e Laura. Dall'arredamento di ciascuna stanza si percepisce il buon gusto ed il calore che emana quest'abitazione.
Casa Melania è una delle poche abitazioni della zona che è stata ristrutturata completamente utilizzando la pietra locale.
Dopo aver percorso la strada privata che, attraversando il giardino, conduce al parcheggio (c'è spazio sufficiente per 2 auto) posto a lato della casa, troverete il porticato. Qui potrete far colazione e cenare volgendo lo sguardo al verde del giardino. Una porta collega il portico alla cucina munita di tutto il necessario ad anche di una lavatrice. A destra della cucina c'è un bellissimo ed ampio bagno con doccia e una camera con le pareti blu munita di due letti singoli. La finestra della camerina si affaccia sul porticato. A sinistra della cucina c'è il soggiorno che, con il suo arredamento toscano ed il colore ocra delle pareti, trasmette un senso di pace e relax. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una porta-finestra, si può accedere al retro della casa ed anche al giardino del proprietario. Invece, per mezzo di una scala a chiocciola in ferro battuto, si accede alla camera matrimoniale posta al primo piano. Questa stanza è veramente speciale: travi in legno e mezzane caratterizzano il soffitto, la presenza di un camino non funzionante (ma che i proprietari hanno voluto comunque salvare con la ristrutturazione), un bellissimo ed antico letto in ottone, un vecchio portone in legno da cui si accede ad una piccola terrazza (ideale per 2 persone) ed alle scale che conducono al giardino, sprigionano un senso di pace, serenità e romanticismo caratteristico soltanto delle tipiche abitazioni toscane.
Sulla piccola terrazza della camere matrimoniale suggeriamo vivamente di trascorrere delle serate a lume di candela sorseggiando del buon vino toscano ammirando il panorama che soltanto quest'abitazione può offrire…..
La piscina, le cui dimensioni sono 10x5 metri (la profondità varia da un minimo di 1,20 metri al un massimo di 2,45 metri), è collocata a circa 15-20 metri dalla casa e la si raggiunge percorrendo un piccolo vialetto posto sul retro. Sia il vialetto che la piscina sono illuminati durante la notte. Alla piscina possono accedere anche i proprietari.
Purtroppo non sono ammessi animali in Casa Melania perché i proprietari possiedono dei cani. La figlia Melania ha la passione dei cavalli e sarà ben felice di mostrarveli. Per chi volesse venire in vacanza con il proprio cavallo non ha che da chiedere………

 CASA MELANIA Casa Melania will give you a unique chance of spending a holiday in a very special stone house which is totally fenced and detached from the owner's house which is at the back. The garden is very green and full of plants. You can enjoy a beautiful view on the hilly countryside surrounding the building.
In the last years, Casa Melania has been refurbished with love and care for details by the owners Italo and Laura. The furniture of all the rooms has been chose with good taste and gives the house a very special feeling of warmth.
Casa Melania is one of the few houses in the area which has been refurbished by using only local stone.
After driving along the private road that leads - through the garden - to the parking area to the right of the house (where you can park two cars), you will find the porch. There, you can take your meals and look at the beautiful garden. A door leads you to the kitchen, which is fully equipped. There is a washing machine too. To the left of the kitchen, there is a beautiful large bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with blue walls and two twin beds. The bedroom door looks onto the porch area. To the left of the kitchen there is the living room which, with its Tuscan furniture, gives you a feeling of peace and relaxation. From the living room, though a French window, you can get to the back of the house and also to the owners' garden. While, through a winding wrought iron staircase, you can get to the double bedroom on the first floor. This room is very special. It has a wooden beam ceiling, a fireplace ( which does not work but which the owners saved because it was old), a beautiful old brass bed, an old wood door which leads onto the a small terrace (ideal for two people) and to the staircase leading to the garden. This room is peaceful, very romantic and unique, and is typical of Tuscan country homes.
You can spend your summer evenings on the bedroom small terrace by candlelight, sipping our good Tuscan wines and watching the view that only this house can offer you.
The swimming pool (10 x 5 metres, with a depth from 1,2 to 2,45 metres) is about 15 -20 metres from the house. It can be reached by walking along a path at the back of the building. Both the path and the pool are lit at night time. The swimming pool is used also by the owners.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Casa Melania as the owners have got some cats. Their daughter, Melania, is very fond of horses and will be very happy to show them to guests. If you want to take your horse with you, you only have to ask the owners……

CASA MELANIA Hier werden Sie die einzigartige Möglichkeit haben, einen Urlaub in einem besonderen Natursteinhaus zu verbringen. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt und es ist unabgängig vom dem des Hausbesitzers, das sich auf der Rückseite befindet. Der Garten ist sehr grün und voller Pflanzen. Von hier hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die umgebende toskanische Hügellandschaft.
Casa Melania wurde über viele Jahre hinweg von den Besitzern Laura und Italo mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Man erkennt an der Inneneinrichtung gleich den guten Geschmack und die Wärme, die dieses Haus ausstrahlt.
Casa Melania ist eines der wenigen Häuser der Gegend, das komplett mit lokalen Natursteinen renoviert worden ist.
Man folgt der Privatstraße, die den Garten durchquert und zum neben dem Haus gelegenen Parkplatz führt (hier gibt es Platz für 2 Autos) und kommt zur überdachten Terrasse. Hier kann man frühstücken oder zu Abend essen mit dem Blick auf das Grün des Gartens. Eine Tür verbindet die überdachte Terrasse zu der voll ausgestatteten Küche, wo sich auch eine Waschmaschine befindet. Rechts der Küche befinden sich das große Bad mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer, ganz in blau gehalten, mit zwei getrennt stehenden Betten und Fenster zur Terrasse. Links der Küche befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, das mit seiner toskanischen Einrichtung und dem Ockergelb der Wände ein Gefühl von Ruhe und Entspannung vermittelt.
Vom Wohnraum aus führt eine Fenstertür zur Rückseite des Hauses und zum Garten des Besitzers. Eine Wendeltreppe aus Schmiedeeisen führt direkt in das zweite Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Dieses Schlafzimmer ist wirklich etwas Besonderes: Holzbalken an der Decke, ein nicht mehr funktionierender offener Kamin (den die Besitzer bei der Renovierung erhalten haben wollten), ein wunderschönes altes Bett aus Messing und eine Ausgangstür aus Holz, die auf einen kleinen Balkon (ideal für zwei Personen) geht, von dem aus eine Steintreppe in den Garten führt, strahlen Frieden, Heiterkeit und Romantik aus, wie es nur für die typisch toskanischen Häuser charakteristisch ist.
Auf dem kleinen Balkon empfehlen wir bei Kerzenlicht und gutem toskanischen Wein schöne Abende zu verbringen und den Ausblick, den nur dieses Haus bieten kann, zu genießen.
Der Pool von 10x5 m (Tiefe von 1,20 m bis 2,45 m) liegt ca. 15-20 m vom Haus entfernt. Man kommt zum Pool über einen kleinen Weg, der sich auf der Rückseite befindet. Der kleine Weg zum Pool und der Pool selbst sind abends beleuchtet.
Der Pool wird auch von den Besitzern benutzt. Leider sind in Casa Melania keine Tiere erlaubt, da die Besitzer selbst Hunde haben. Die Tochter der Besitzer, Melania, besitzt Pferde und wird sie ihnen gerne zeigen. Wer mit seinem Pferd in Urlaub fahren will, braucht einfach nur zu fragen……
