In aperta campagna, a soli 6 km da Marina di Grosseto, ad 1 km e mezzo dalla pista ciclabile che collega Grosseto al mare e vicino dall'aeroporto militare di Grosseto sorgono 4 stupende villette rosa circondate da un soffice prato all'inglese.
Una siepe separa parzialmente le villette l'una dall'altra. Gli animali sono ben accetti ma non è permesso lasciarli soli in casa.
Sul retro è presente una piscina 6x12, un ampio giardino e una piccola casetta con forno a legna e 2 barbecue utilizzabili da tutti gli ospiti.
Il terreno dove sorgono le abitazioni è recintato e misura circa 6.000 mq. E' presente anche un posteggio coperto per le auto degli ospiti. Da qui un vialetto in tufo conduce a ciascuna delle quattro villette.
Ogni abitazione ha un doppio porticato (uno sulla parte dell'ingresso e l'altro sul retro accessibile dalla camera matrimoniale), un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura con un piccolo forno elettrico, bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli.
Gli altri accorgimenti che hanno avuto i proprietari sono le televisioni con antenna parabolica (puntata sul satellite Astra) e l'aria condizionata in soggiorno e nelle camere. Ciascuna abitazione è quasi del tutto simile all'altra, ma le due abitazioni centrali sono leggermente più piccole (55 mq) e la villetta "Olivo" si addice ai portatori di handicap.
I proprietari hanno avuto la simpatica idea di assegnare a ciascun'abitazione il nome della pianta che sorge vicino all'ingresso. Dunque procedendo dal posteggio verso sinistra avremo: "Olivo", "Orniello", "Leccio" e "Sughera".

These four beautiful pink small villas - set in a soft green lawn - stand 1.5 km from the cycle track linking Grosseto to the sea, and near the military airport. A hedge partially separates the villas. Pets are welcome but they are not allowed to be left alone inside.
At the back, there is a pool (6x12), a large garden and a cottage with a wood-burning oven and two Bar-B-Q's which all guests can use.
The area of about 6,000 sq m, where the villas stand, is fenced. There is a covered parking area for the guests' cars. From there, a tuff path leads to the four villas.
Each house has got a double porch (one of them is at the front of each villa and one at the back - the latter can be reached from the double bed room). They all have a large living room with a double sofa bed, a cooking area with a small electric oven, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and one with twin beds.
There is also SAT TV in all the houses (with a dish pointed towards Astra) and air conditioning in the living rooms and bedrooms.
All villas are very similar, although the two central houses are slightly smaller (55 sq m) and "Olivo" is suitable to handicapped people. The owners have given each villa the name of the tree that stands next to the entrance of the houses. Therefore, starting from the parking area and going left you will find: "Olivo", "Orniello", "Leccio" and "Sughera".

 Auf dem Land, nur 6 km von Marina di Grosseto, 1,5 km von dem Fahrradweg, der Grosseto mit dem Meer verbindet, entfernt und in der Nähe des Militärflughafens von Grosseto befinden sich 4 wunderschöne Reihenhäuser umgeben von einem weichen englischen Rasen. Eine Hecke trennt zu einem Teil jedes Haus vom anderen. Tiere sind sehr willkommen, aber es ist nicht erlaubt sie allein zu Hause zu lassen. Auf der Rückseite befinden sich ein Pool (6x12 m), ein großer Garten und ein kleines Haus mit einem Holzbackofen und 2 Grills, die allen Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und misst ca. 6000 qm. Für die Autos der Gäste steht ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Von diesem führt ein Weg aus Tuffstein zu jedem Reihenhaus. Jedes Haus verfügt über zwei überdachte Terrassen (eine auf der Seite des Eingangs und die andere auf der hinteren Seite, erreichbar über das Doppelbettzimmer), ein weites Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa, eine Kochecke mit einem kleinen elektrischen Herd, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Doppelbettzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer. Jedes Haus verfügt noch über Sat-TV (Astra) und Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sowie in den Schlafzimmern. Die Häuser sind sehr ähnlich, nur dass die zwei Häuser in der Mitte etwa kleiner sind (55 qm) und das Haus "Olivo" behindertengerecht ausgelegt ist. Die Besitzer haben die sympathische Idee gehabt, jedem Haus den Namen der Pflanze zu geben, die sich in der Nähe jedes Eingangs befindet. Daher haben wir vom Parkplatz aus von rechts nach links: "Olivo", "Orniello", "Leccio" und "Sughera".
