Bellissima abitazione a Principina a Mare a soli 500m dal mare. Un piccolo vialetto in mezzo alla pineta vi accompagnerà fino al mare. L'abitazione è ubicata all'interno di un Residence (con posto auto privato). Si sviluppa su due piani: a piano terra c'è l'angolo cottura in muratura (realizzato completamente dal proprietario) munito di forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore e quant'altro serva in cucina; un bagno con lavabo e wc; un accogliente soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo, tv e divani; due bellissimi giardini (muntiti di tavoli da giardino ove poter mangiare) uno dei quali proiettato verso la pineta da dove ha inizio il vialetto che vi condurrà al mare. Al primo piano vi sono le due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e, l'altra, con un letto singolo ed uno a castello) entrambe con terrazza; un bagno con vasca-doccia, lavabo e wc. In soggiorno e nelle camere da letto vi sono i ventilatori a soffitto che allieteranno le vostre giornate e le notti estive. La Conchiglia offre una privacy quasi assoluta. Crediamo che una volta giunti in questa casa ci si possa completamente dimenticare di essere all'interno di un residence. Ve la consigliamo volentieri.

 CONCHIGLIA Beautiful home in Pincipina a Mare too, which is only 500 m from the beach that can be reached by walking along a path in the pinewood. The flat is in a Residence and has a private parking lot. It's on two floors: downstairs there is a stone cooking area (that the owner himself has fully equipped) with an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and anything you may need in a kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin and a toilette, a cosy living room with a dining table and chairs, TV set and sofas. There is a beautiful front garden, and a back garden too (both with dining tables) one of which facing the pinewood with the path leading to the beach. Upstairs there are the two bedrooms (one double, one with a twin bed and a bunk bed). Both bedrooms have a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower and tub on the same floor. The bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans which will make you summer nights more comfortable. La Conchiglia gives you an almost absolute privacy. Once in the flat, you will forget of being in a Residence. For this reason we are very happy to offer you this sea side accommodation.

CONCHIGLIA Sehr schöne Wohnung in Principina a Mare, nur 500 Meter vom Meer entfernt, anzubieten. Ein kleiner Weg durch den Pinienwald führt Sie bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage (mit privatem Pkw-Stellplatz). Sie hat 2 Stockwerke: Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Kochnische aus Mauersteinen (vom Besitzer selbst gebaut) mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank und allem, was man in der Küche braucht, ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und WC, ein freundliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, TV und Couch, zwei sehr schönen Gärten (an den Gartentischen kann man auch essen). Ein Garten liegt in Richtung des Pinienwaldes, wo der Weg beginnt, welcher Sie zum Meer bringt. Im ersten Stock sind die zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett, das andere mit einem Einzelbett und einem Etagenbett), beide Zimmer mit Terrasse; ein Badezimmer mit kombinierter Dusch-Badewanne, Waschbecken und WC. Im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmern sind Deckenventilatoren vorhanden, die die Sommertage und -nächte angenehm machen werden. La Conchiglia bietet viel Privatsphäre. Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass Sie völlig vergessen werden, dass Sie in einer Ferienanlage wohnen, wenn Sie einmal in dieser Wohnung sind. Wir empfehlen sie Ihnen gern.
