A soli 20 metri da Via Fillungo, nel cuore di Lucca, in una antica corte della città si affacciano gli ingressi delle due abitazioni “La Neve” e “Elisa”. I due appartamenti sono l’ideale per coloro che vogliono apprezzare ogni angolo della città vecchia di Lucca; la loro posizione è così “strategica” da consentire agli ospiti di poter visitare a piedi la città.

LA NEVE E’ un monolocale, situato a piano terra, di circa 35 m² ideale per una coppia. Appena aperto il portone d’ingresso troviamo una libreria che funge da separé tra l’ingresso ed il letto matrimoniale. L’angolo cottura è separato dalla zona notte da un piccolo arco e da un’apertura che conduce al bagno con doccia munita di tendina. L’angolo cottura è composto da un acquaio, da un fornello a 2 fuochi, da un piccolo frigorifero e da un piccolo forno elettrico. L’arredamento è semplice ma funzionale.

ELISA L’appartamento, con ingresso sullo stesso lato della corte di quello di La Neve, si sviluppa su due piani (piano terra e primo) per circa 110m².
Lo stile architettonico dell’appartamento è quello tipico delle case toscane: soffitto con travi in legno e terracotta. Nel soggiorno troviamo un divano, un tavolo con sedie e l’angolo cottura separato dal soggiorno da un muro che non supera 1 metro e mezzo di altezza. La piccola cucina componibile dispone di frigorifero e congelatore, acquaio, 4 fornelli a gas ed un piccolo forno elettrico.
Dal soggiorno si accede a sinistra ad un primo bagno con doccia e da qui al locale dove si trova la lavatrice, mentre a destra troviamo una rampa di scale (un po’ ripida com’era normale per le case di un tempo) che conduce al reparto notte composto da un ampio bagno con cabina doccia, 2 camere matrimoniali ed una camerina con letto singolo. L’arredamento è semplice ma funzionale.

The main entrances to the two flats “La Neve” and “Elisa” open in an old court in the very heart of the town of Lucca, only 20 m from Via Fillungo.  The two flats are ideal for people who want to appreciate every corner of the old town. Their position is very strategic, in fact  their guests can visit the town on foot.

LA NEVE This is a studio flat, on the ground floor, of about 35 sq m and ideal for a couple. As soon as you open the entrance door, you will see a bookcase which separates the hall from the double bed. The cooking area is separated from the night area by a small arch and by an opening which leads to a bathroom with a shower (equipped with a curtain). In the cooking area there is a sink, a stove with two gas burners, a small fridge and a small electric cooker. The furniture is simple but practical.  

ELISA This flat, whose entrance door is on the same side as “La Neve”’s, is on two floors (ground floor and first floor). It is about 110 sq m.
The style of the flat is typical of  old Tuscan houses : a ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta tiles on the floor. In the living room there is a sofa and a table with chairs. The cooking area is separated from the rest of the living room by a wall which is not higher than 1.5 m. The small kitchen units include a fridge and a freezer, a sink, 4 gas burners and a small electric cooker.
From the living room you can get to a bathroom with a shower, on the left, and then to a room with a washing machine. On the right, there is a flight of stairs (a little steep as it is typical of old houses) leading to the night area where there is a large bathroom with a shower cabin, 2 double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a single bed.
The furniture is simple but practical.

 LA NEVE und ELISA Nur 20 m von der Via Fillungo, im Herzen von Lucca, in einem alten Hof der Stadt befinden sich die zwei Eingänge der Wohnungen „La Neve“ und „Elisa“. Ideale Unterkünfte für Leute die jeden Winkel der alten Stadt Lucca erkundigen wollen. Die Wohnungen sind strategisch so gut gelegen, dass man die Stadt zu Fuß besuchen kann.

LA NEVE Eine Einzimmerwohnung mit ca. 35 m² im Parterre, ideal für ein Paar. Beim Eingang befindet sich ein Büchergestell, das als Trennung zwischen der Tür und dem Doppelbett gilt.
Die Küchenzeile ist durch einen Bogen getrennt vom Schlafzimmer und ein weiterer Eingang führt zur Dusche mit Vorhang. Die Küchenzeile hat einen Boiler, zwei Kochplatten, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen kleinen Backofen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach doch sehr funktionell.

ELISA Diese Wohnung, dessen Eingang auf der gleichen Seite von La Neve ist, ist eine Maisonette mit ca. 110 m² in typischem, toskanischen Stil, Decken mit Holzbalken und Terracotta. Im Wohnzimmer finden Sie ein Sofa und ein Tisch mit Stühlen. Eine l,5 m hohe Mauer trennt die Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlbox, einem Spültisch, 4 Kochplatten und einem kleinen Backofen vom Wohnzimmer Links vom Wohnzimmer finden Sie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen anderen Raum mit einer Waschmaschine. Rechts hingegen finden Sie eine schmale Treppe, wie sie in alten Zeiten üblich waren, die zu zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, einem Einzelzimmer und einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche führt. Auch diese Wohnung ist einfach doch sehr funktionell.
