 E’ situato nelle campagne attorno ad Arcille, un piccolo paesino a circa 15-20 minuti in auto dal mare. Un bellissimo cancello elettrico in ferro battuto situato all’entrata dell’azienda agricola delimita l’inizio del viale (illuminato di notte) che conduce a 4 abitazioni che il Sig. Alessandro affitta. Il Proprietario ha tre grandi passioni: la campagna, restaurare mobili antichi ed offrire delle meravigliose vacanze ai suoi ospiti. Crediamo che potrete veramente riscontrare voi stessi che la gestione, l’ospitalità offerta e gli arredi che troverete negli appartamenti rispecchiano appieno le tre passioni che nutre il proprietario. I primi due appartamenti che si incontrano, uno a piano terra e l’altro al primo piano, garantiscono molta privacy poiché hanno ingressi separati: all’appartamento situato al primo piano si accede con delle scale situate sul retro e, a quello posto a piano terra, attraversando il giardino posto di fronte all’ingresso. Un’altra curiosità è la presenza di una grande fontana con pesci rossi nel giardino posto di fronte ai due appartamenti. Vicino agli appartamenti si trovano altre costruzioni (vecchi magazzini) che al momento non sono utilizzati. La struttura composta dai due appartamenti è ideale sia per un gruppo di 10-12 persone che volesse trascorrere delle bellissime vacanze tutti insieme e sia per 2 famiglie estranee poiché la presenza di gazebo sia nella zona sul retro dove è posta la piscina (4x7 metri) sia nella zona più verde vicino alla fontana, garantiscono molta privacy; inoltre non bisogna dimenticare che per l’appartamento di piano terra vi è un ampio porticato mentre, per l’appartamento del primo piano, vi è un’ampia terrazza da cui si può godere di un’ottima vista della campagna circostante. La terza struttura è un’abitazione indipendente dagli altri due appartamenti ed offre molta più privacy. E’ ubicata dietro agli appartamenti che si incontrano arrivando. Poco distante da “Eucalipto” vi è anche il fiume “Trasubbie”: ideale per chi volesse fare delle bellissime passeggiate anche in compagnia del cane. Talvolta il proprietario è tenuto a far visita alla sua azienda per rasare l’erba, per curare le numerose piante di olivo che si trovano tutto intorno alle abitazioni, per pulire la piscina ed anche per coltivare sua la terra. Siamo sicuri, però, che il proprietario non disturberà i vostri sonni od invaderà la vostra privacy poiché molto gentile e consapevole che gli ospiti necessitano di relax e tranquillità. Qualora ne aveste bisogno, il Sig. Alessandro sarà sempre disposto e ben felice di aiutarvi.
Nespolo (4+2 pers.) 85m² E’ l’appartamento situato a piano terra. Dispone di un ampio porticato dove poter fare colazione o cenare. All’app.to si accese o dalla cucina o dal soggiorno. In cucina vi è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare, frigo, congelatore, un’antica madia ad angolo che funge da dispensa. Il tipico tavolo toscano in legno e i vecchi oggetti in rame appesi ai muri completano il tutto. Da qui si accede ad una spaziosa sala munita di divano letto matrimoniale. Anche qui non potevano mancare mobili di antiquariato come il tavolo e la madia. La camera matrimoniale dispone di un grande armadio e di una bellissima comode con specchio. Un corridoio conduce al bagno munito di vasca-doccia. La camerina dispone di due letti singoli. L’appartamento dispone anche di una lavatrice che non è presente in casa ma è stata riposta in un apposita stanza da cui si accede dal porticato. Vi è anche un barbecue per poter cuocere delle succose bistecche.
Melograno (4+2 pers.) 85m² E’ l’appartamento posto al primo piano e a cui si accede dopo aver salito una rampa di scale sul retro. Uno volta aver oltrepassato la porta d’ingresso vi è, di fronte, una piccola porta per accedere al ripostiglio. Andando a sinistra si accede alla sala munita di divano letto matrimoniale, di tavolo e mobile antico. Sulla destra si trova la cucina del tutto simile a quella de “Il Nespolo”. Da qui si può accedere alla ampia terrazza che con i suoi circa 20 metri quadri permette un’ampia vista della campagna circostante. Dalla sala si accede al reparto notte che dispone di una camera matrimoniale, camerina con due letti singoli e di un bagno con vasca-doccia. Anche dalla camera matrimoniale si può accedere alla terrazza. Anche per questo appartamento è prevista una lavatrice (situata all’interno dell’abitazione) ed un barbecue nel giardino sottostante.
Alloro (4+1 pers.) 60m² Dispone di un’ampia veranda tutto intorno all’abitazione. Entrando si ha un grande soggiorno a forma di “L” che termina con un angolo cottura sulla sinistra. A destra dell’ingresso si trova la camerina con due letti singoli. Poco più aventi, sempre sulla destra, si trova la camera matrimoniale. Il bagno con doccia è ubicato a sinistra dell’ingresso. Travi in legno al soffitto, camino e alcuni mobili di antiquariato rifiniscono il tutto. L’arredamento riprende, dunque, lo stile di “Il Nespolo” ed “Il Melograno”.
Rosmarino (4 pers.) 60m²
E’ l’ultimo appartamento realizzato ed è quello che, forse, offre più privacy poiché posto alla fine della proprietà. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, camino, Tv con ricevitore satellitare, una camera matrimoniale, una camerina con due letti singoli e bagno con doccia. All’esterno una veranda offre la possibilità di stare comodamente seduti all’aperto.

 EUCALIPTO It is located in the countryside around Arcille, a small village not far from the sea (only 15-20 minutes by car). A beautiful wrought iron gate at the entrance of the farm and at the beginning of the driveway (which is lit at night-time) leading to the 4 building Mr. Alessandro rents. The owner has got three passions : the countryside, restoring old furniture, and offering his guests beautiful holidays. We are positive that you will be able to see that the management, the hospitality (and the beautiful furniture in the two flats) are meant to make all guests feel comfortable and at their ease. There are some other buildings near the farm, mainly old warehouses, that are not being used at the moment. The two flats – one on the ground floor and one on the first floor – have a lot of privacy as they have separate entrance doors. A staircase at the back leads to the first floor flat, while the entrance to the ground floor flat is in the front garden, where there is also a beautiful, big fountain with red fish. The place is ideal both for a group of 10/12 people - who want to spend a beautiful holiday together – and for two families, because two gazebos – one at the back, where there is also the swimming pool (4x7m), and one near the fountain, guarantee the guests’ privacy. We have to point out that the ground floor flat has got a large porch, while the flat on the first floor has got a large terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on the countryside below. The 3rd building is an house that offer more privacy. It is placed back the first 2 apartment you meet at the arrive. Probably in next year there will be also a sauna, a Jacuzzi, in the garden. We are not sure of this but the family is sure. Not far from “Eucalipto” runs the Trasubbie river. You can take beautiful walks along its banks. He sometimes visits the farm to mown the lawn or look after the large number of olive trees that surround the farm, to clean the pool, and also to till the soil. He will not disturb you anyway, or intrude upon your privacy as he his extremely polite and knows that guests need the be alone and feel relaxed. Anyway, in case of need, Mr. Alessandro will be very happy to help you.
Nespolo (4+2 pers.) 85m² This is the ground floor flat. It has a large porch where you can take meals or relax. You can enter the flat either from the kitchen or the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped : a fridge, a freezer, an old corner bread chest which is used as a sideboard, a typical Tuscan wood table and old copper kitchen utensils on the walls. From the kitchen you get into a large living room with a double sofa bed. This room too has got antiques ( a bread chest and a table). There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom and a beautiful chest of drawers with a mirror. A corridor leads to the bathroom, where there is a tub/shower. The small bedroom has got two twin beds. There is also a washing machine in the room next to the porch, and a B-B-Q in the garden, to grill juicy steaks.
Melgrano (4+2 pers.) 85m²
This is the first floor flat which is reachable from the staircase at the back. There is a small closet opposite the front door. The living room is on the left. It has got a double sofa bed, an old table and an old sideboard too. The kitchen is on the right and is identical to the kitchen of “Il Nespsolo”. From there, you can get to a 20 sq m terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on the countryside around the farm. From the living room you get to the bedrooms - a double one and a small one with twin beds – and to the bathroom where there is a tub/shower. You can get to the terrace also from the double bedroom. This flat too has got a washing machine (inside the flat) and a B-B-Q in the garden below.
Alloro (4+1 pers.) 60m² A veranda surrounds the building. It has a living-room with a kitchen and camino. On the right side the child bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom. On the left side a bathroom with shower. A wooden-beam ceiling and restored old furniture finish the house. The furnishing imitate “Il Nesoplo” and “Il Melograno” style.
Rosmarino (4+1 pers.) 60m²
This flat was the last one to be built and the one which probably offers more privacy as it is at the end of the property. It has a living room with a cooking area, a fireplace, Sat TV, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. A veranda outside gives guests a chance of sitting comfortably in the open air.
Bed-linen are obligatory: Euro 5,00/person.

 EUCALIPTO Es liegt in der Umgebung von Arcille, einem kleinen Dorf, ca. 15-20 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Ein wunderschönes elektrisches Tor aus Schmiedeeisen am Eingang des Guts bildet den Anfang des Weges (in der Nacht beleuchtet), der zu den 4 Wohnungen führt, die Herr Alessandro vermietet. Der Besitzer hat drei große Leidenschaften: Das Land, alte Möbel zu restaurieren und seinen Gästen einen wunderschönen Urlaub anzubieten. Sie werden sicher feststellen, dass die Bewirtschaftung, die Gastfreundlichkeit und die Einrichtung der drei Wohnungen die drei Leidenschaften des Besitzers völlig wiederspiegeln. Die ersten zwei Wohnungen, auf die man trifft, eine im Erdgeschoß und die andere im ersten Stock, bieten viel Ruhe, da sie zwei getrennte Eingänge haben: Zu der Wohnung im ersten Stock geht man über eine Hintertreppe, zu der im Erdgeschoß durch den Eingang vom gegenüberliegenden Garten. Eine andere Besonderheit ist der große Brunnen mit Goldfischen in dem Garten vor den zwei Wohnungen. Neben den zwei Wohnungen befinden sich andere Bauten (alte Lagerhäuser), die jetzt aber unbenutzt sind. Das Gebäude, das aus zwei Wohnungen besteht ist ideal für eine Gruppe von 10-12 Personen, die einen Urlaub zusammen verbringen möchten, sowie auch für zwei befreundete Familien. Die Gartenpavillons neben dem Brunnen an der Rückseite des Schwimmbades (4X7 m) bieten ebenfalls viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Man darf auch nicht vergessen, dass die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eine breite Laube und die im ersten Stock eine breite Terrasse mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht auf das umliegende Land hat. Das dritte Gebaude ist unabhängig von den beiden anderen und bietet viel mehr Privatsphäre. Es befindet sich hinter den Wohnungen, auf die man zuerst trifft wenn man ankommt Vorgesehen ist daneben ein Whirlpool. Wir denken, dass dieser Whirlpool nächstes Jahr noch nicht fertig sein wird, aber Italiener sind Optimisten - Signor Alessandro glaubt fest daran. Nicht weit vom Eucalipto fließt der Fluß „Trasubbie“. Hier kann man schöne Spaziergänge, evt.mit einem Hund, machen. Manchmal kommt der Herr Alessandro zum Landhaus um den Rasen zu mähen, um die vielen Olivenbäume zu pflegen oder das Schwimmbad zu putzen oder auch um seine Äcker zu bestellen. Wir sind aber sicher, dass er Ihren Schlaf und Ihre Ruhe nicht stören wird, weil er sehr nett ist und weiß, dass die Gäste Ruhe und Erholung suchen . Falls Sie etwas benötigen, wird Herr Alessandro immer bereit sein Ihnen zu helfen.
Nespolo 85m² Das ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß. Sie verfügt über einer breiten Laube, wo Sie frühstücken oder zu Abend essen können. In die Wohnung geht man entweder durch die Küche oder durch das Wohnzimmer. In der Küche gibt es alles was Sie zum Kochen benötigen, einen Kühlschrank, eine Tiefkühltruhe, einen alten Eckbacktrog, der als Speiseschrank dient. Der typische toskanische Holztisch und die an den Wänden hängenden Kupfergeräte vervollständigen das Ganze. Von hier geht man zu einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Couch, hier stehen die alten Möbel, wie der Tisch und der Backtrog. Das Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett verfügt über einem großen Schrank und einer wunderschönen Kommode mit Spiegel. Im Flur geht es zum Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einer Waschmaschine, die in einem dazu bestimmten Zimmer außerhalb der Wohnung ist. Selbstverständlich gibt es einen Grillplatz, wo Sie grillen können.
Melograno 85m²
Das ist die im ersten Stock liegende Wohnung, die über eine Hintertreppe erreichbar ist. Gegenüber der Eingangstür ist eine kleine Tür, die zu dem Abstellraum führt. Links geht es in das Wohnzimmer mit Couch und alten Möbeln. Auf der rechten Seite ist die Küche, die ganz ähnlich wie die von „Il Nespolo“ ist. Von hier geht man zur 20qm breiten Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das umliegende Land. Vom Wohnzimmer geht man zu den zwei Schlafzimmern, eins mit Ehebett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten, sowie zum Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Auch vom Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett kann man auf die Terrasse gehen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einer Waschmaschine (in der Wohnung) und einem Grillplatz in dem darunter liegenden Garten.
Alloro 60m²
Das Haus wird im Winter 2003 fertiggestellt werden. Es verfügt über eine großzügige Veranda, welche um das ganze Haus herum geht. Wenn man eintritt kommt man in ein grosses Wohnzimmer in L Form, das links in einer Kochecke endet. Rechts vom Vorzimmer befindet sich ein kleines Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein Stück weiter rechts hinten ist das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich links vom Vorzimmer. Holzbalken an der Decke, der Kamin und einige antike Möbel runden das Bild ab. Die Einrichtung entspricht also im Stil den Wohnungen „Il Nespolo“ e „Il Melograno“.
Rosmarino 60m²
Es ist die zuletzt instand gestellte Wohnung und die, die sicher am meisten Privatsphäre hat, da sie sich am Ende des Besitzes befindet. Sie hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Kamin, TV SAT, ein Doppel-Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Dusche. Draussen hat es eine Veranda wo man gemütlich im Freien sitzen kann.
Die Miete der Bettwäsche ist verpflichtend für EUR 5,00/ Person.
