Gia la strada stretta (basterebbe una sola auto posteggiata ad ostruire la via), con i numerosi negozi di oggetti tipici fiorentini, con le botteghe degli antiquari e degli artigiani che percorrerete per raggiungerla vi proietterà nel passato ed, al tempo stesso, nella quiete che solo alcuni quartieri della più famosa città al mondo può offrirvi. Salendo le vecchie e strette scale condominiali avrete sempre più l'impressione che il tempo si sia fermato. Una volta aperta la porta dell'ingresso sarete catapultati veramente in una pace dei sensi. Mobili antichi, arazzi ai muri, un meraviglioso soffitto a cassettoni in legno ed un meraviglioso impiantito di parquet ovunque sono quanto di più bello si possa desiderare in una casa. Il soggiorno dispone di un divano letto "alla francese", poltrona, tv con antenna parabolica (con alcuni canali in lingua tedesca) ed una antica madia ove sono riposte le stoviglie e l'occorrente per cucinare. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di un arco, si accede ad una cucina finemente arredata con tendine colorate. Non vi sono fornelli a gas ma piastre elettriche, un piccolo forno (anch'esso elettrico) ed un tavolo in legno con sedie antiche. L'antica madia a vetri che si trova in cucina contiene stoviglie e posaterie riservate ai proprietari che usufruiscono dell'abitazione per alcuni mesi all'anno. Per accedere al reparto notte si devono salire 5 gradini che si trovano sulla sinistra dell'ingresso. Alla fine delle scale, a sinistra, vi è un piccolo bagno con doccia con un ampio specchio all'altezza del lavandino. La camera da letto è un'altra meraviglia di questa casa poiché ha il soffitto a cassettoni in legno dipinto. Qui vi sono due letti singoli che, all'occorrenza, possono essere uniti. Due antichi armadi in legno e una grande commode con specchio vi offriranno spazio più che sufficiente ove disporre i vostri abiti. La posizione di questo appartamento vi garantirà di poter girare tranquillamente a piedi tutta la città vecchia (la stazione di P.zza S. Maria Novella, Palazzo della Signoria, il Ponte Vecchio, il Duomo, il Mercato di S. Lorenzo, Via dei Gigli e Via della Vigna Nuova, famosa per le sue boutique dei più famosi stilisti della moda italiana e mondiale, sono a poche centinaia di metri). Perfino osterie, trattorie, ristoranti, macellerie, rosticcerie, forno per il pane fresco tutte le mattine e banche sono assai vicino all'appartamento. It is in block of flats in a narrow street (where just a parked car would be an obstacle to traffic) full of shops where you can buy handmade Florentine art objects, antiques shops, and artisans' shops. Walking along this street is like going back into the past. Yet the street is quiet and, of course, one of the most beautiful in Florence. Time seems to have stopped when you walk up the stairs to get to your flat, and as soon as you open the front door you will feel a sense of peace and relaxation. The flat is furnished with beautiful old furniture and ancient tapestry. It has a magnificent coffered ceiling and a splendid wooden floor. There is a French sofa bed in the living room, an armchair, satellite TV (with some German and English channels too) and an old bread chest where some tableware and kitchen utensils are kept. Through an arch wall you get to the nicely furnished kitchen which has fancy curtains on the window. There an electric stove with a small electric oven and a wooden table with old chairs. There is also an old glass cupboard where the owners' tableware are kept (they use the flat only some months a year). By walking up five steps, which are on the left of the kitchen, you get first to a small bathroom with a shower, on the left, which has a large mirror on the basin. The bedroom is incredibly beautiful because it has a painted coffered ceiling. It has also two twin beds, which can be joined if necessary. Two very old wood wardrobes and a chest of drawers (with a large mirror) will give you room enough for your clothes! The flat is central, therefore you will be able to walk around easily and get, after a few minutes' walk, to the most important places in the old part of the town : Piazza Santa Maria Novella, Palazzo della Signoria, the Uffizi Palace, the Old Bridge, the Cathedral, St. Lorenzo Market, Via dei Gigli and Via della Vigna Nuova, the latter being famous for the boutiques of the most famous Italian and International designers. The flat is close to all kinds of shops, restaurants, "osterie", "trattorie", banks and many other facilities. Schon die kleine Gasse, die zu dem Haus führt (ein geparkter Wagen genügt den Weg zu versperren), mit den vielen Antiquitäten- und Handwerksläden und Geschäften mit typischen Gegenständen aus Florenz bringt Sie in die Vergangenheit und gleichzeitig in die Ruhe, was nur einige Stadtteile der schönsten Stadt der Welt anbieten können. Beim Hinaufsteigen der alten und engen Haustreppe haben Sie das wachsende Gefühl, die Zeit sei stehen geblieben. Hinter der Haustür finden Sie dann eine echte innerliche Ruhe. Alte Möbel, Wandteppiche, eine wundervolle Holzkassettendecke und überall ein wunderschöner Holzboden sind das schönste, was man sich von einem Haus wünschen kann. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein "französisches" Couchbett, Sessel, SAT-Fernsehen (mit einigen deutschen Programmen) und einen alten Backtrog mit dem Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Vom Wohnzimmer geht man durch einen Bogen in die fein eingerichtete Küche mit bunten Gardinen. Es gibt dort elektrische Kochplatten und einen kleinen Ofen (auch elektrisch) und einen Holztisch mit alten Stühlen. Der alte Glasbacktrog in der Küche enthält privates Geschirr und Besteck der Besitzer, die die Wohnung einige Monate im Jahr benutzen. Fünf Stufen links vom Eingang führen zum Schlafzimmer. Auf der Treppe links ist ein kleines Duschbad mit einem großen Spiegel über dem Waschbecken. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein weiteres Wunder dieses Hauses, da es eine bemalte Holzkassettendecke hat. Hier stehen zwei Einzelbetten, die bei Bedarf zusammengestellt werden können. Zwei alte Holzschränke und eine große Kommode mit Spiegel bieten genügenden Raum für Ihre Kleidung. Die Lage dieser Wohnung gestattet Ihnen die ganze Altstadt in Ruhe zu Fuß zu besichtigen (der Bahnhof S.Maria Novella, der Palazzo della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, der Dom, der Markt von S.
