Il Poggiolo è un'azienda immersa nel verde degli olivi della campagna, a soli 5 km dalla città di Grosseto. Il mare dista circa 17 km.
Gli attuali proprietari, una volta arrivati in Toscana, si innamorarono subito di quest'azienda tanto da decidere di costruirvi la loro abitazione e altre due da destinare ai loro ospiti. I proprietari abiteranno nella parte centrale della struttura; gli ospiti nelle due strutture ubicate a destra ed a sinistra della casa padronale. Entrambi le case offrono molta privacy. La piscina (5x10m) allieterà le vostre vacanze estive.
Al vostro arrivo percorrerete una piccola strada imbrecciata che attraversa un piccolo oliveto.

Il Giuggiolo L'abitazione degli ospiti già realizzata è quella ubicata sulla destra con una grande palma nel giardino. Attraversate il giardino che circonda l'abitazione accedendo al portico. Un comodo tavolo da giardino vi farà trascorrere delle piacevoli serate e delle gradevoli colazioni durante la mattina. Attorno a voi il verde del giardino e delle colline circostanti vi farà compagnia. L'abitazione ha due ingressi nella parte anteriore ed un altro in quella posteriore. L'ingresso principale è quello da cui si accede all'angolo cottura. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari: cucina in muratura in legno, lavastoviglie, tavolo toscano dove poter mangiare e, sul lato destro, la porta che conduce al retro del fabbricato e da cui potrete ammirare la vigna di cui dispone l'azienda.
Di fronte a voi, separato da un arco, si trova il soggiorno che, con due bellissimi divani (uno dei quali divano letto matrimoniale) ed un grande camino, allieterà le vostre vacanze invernali. Dalla sala si può accedere al porticato..
Sempre a piano terra si trova il primo bagno con doccia.
Due rampe di scale vicino al bagno vi condurranno al primo piano ove si trovano 3 camere da letto. Due sono matrimoniali, una delle quali, munita di aria condizionata, è stata ricavata dalla vecchia veranda a vetri presente qualche anno prima che gli attuali proprietari acquistassero l'azienda. Da qui si gode di un'ottima visuale.
L'altra camera dispone di due letti singoli. L'altro bagno presente nel corridoio è munito di doccia.
Il Poggiolo è l'abitazione ideale per chi ama la campagna, la tranquillità ed i tipici paesaggi toscani.

 Il Poggiolo is a farm house surrounded by green olive trees only 5 km from the town of Grosseto and only 17 km from the sea. When the present owners came to Tuscany, they fell in love with this farm right away so that they decided to buy it and turn it into a home for themselves (in the central part of the farm) and two homes for their guests (one to the left and one to the right of the owners' residence). Both the guests' homes are quiet and with a lot of privacy. A pool (5x10m) will help you to spend nice days in summer, too.
When you get there, you will walk along a narrow graveled road which runs through a small olive yard.

Il Giuggiolo The guests' home which has been finished is the one to the left of the main building. It has a big palm tree in the garden. If you walk across the garden that surrounds the house, you will get to the porch with a comfortable garden table. There, you will be able to relax in the evening and have breakfast in the mornings while watching the beautiful view on the green garden and on the hills surrounding the place. The house has got two front entrances and a back door. The main entrance is the one that leads to the kitchen, where everything has been furnished accurately : built in wooden furniture, with a dishwasher, a Tuscan table to have meals and, to the right, the door leading to the back of the house, where you can see the farm vineyard.
The living room is separated from the kitchen by an arch wall. In this room there are two beautiful sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and a big fireplace. Another door in the living room opens onto the porch. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower.
A double staircase, next to the bathroom, will lead you to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. Two of them are double rooms. One of the two doubles has got air conditioning. This room was originally a glass verandah. The present owners turned into a bedroom which has a beautiful view. The third room has got twin beds. There is one more bathroom, along the corridor, with a shower.
Il Poggiolo-Giuggiolo is the ideal holiday home for people who love the countryside, the typical Tuscan landscapes and a quiet life.

 Il Poggiolo ist eine Azienda, eingebettet ins Olivgrün der Landschaft, nur 5 km von der Stadt Grosseto gelegen. Das Meer ist ca. 17 km weit entfernt. Die gegenwärtigen Besitzer, einmal in der Toskana angekommen, haben sich sofort so sehr in diese Azienda verliebt, dass sie beschlossen sich hier ihre Wohnung zu errichten und zwei weitere für ihre Gäste. Die Besitzer bewohnen den Zentralteil des Komplexes, die Gäste sind in den beiden Seitenflügeln rechts und links vom Haus der Besitzer untergebracht. Beide Häuser bieten viel Privatsphäre. Der Pool (5x10m) wird Ihre Tage erleichtern. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine schmale Schotterstrasse, die einen kleinen Olivenhain durchquert.

Il Giuggiolo Die bereits fertiggestellte Gästewohnung liegt auf der rechten Seite mit einer großen Palme im Garten. Durch den das Haus umgebenden Garten erreicht man die überdachte Terrasse vor dem Eingang. Bequeme Gartenmöbel vor dem Haus laden zu beschaulichen Abenden im Freien und gemütlichen Frühstücken am Morgen ein. Drumherum leisten das Grün des Gartens und die fernen Hügel Gesellschaft. Die Wohnung hat zwei Vorder- und einen Hintereingang. Über den Haupteingang tritt man in die Küche ein. Für alles ist bis aufs Detail gesorgt: Die gemauerte Küche mit Holztüren, Spülmaschine, ein toskanischer Tisch, auf dem man essen kann, und, auf der rechten Seite, die Tür die zum hinteren Teil des Hauses führt, von wo man die Weinberge der Azienda bewundern kann. Davor, durch einen Bogen abgetrennt, findet man das Wohnzimmer, ausgestattet mit zwei schönen Sofas (eines davon ein Doppelschlafsofa) und einem großen Kamin für den Winterurlaub. Vom Wohnzimmer kann man zur überdachten Terrasse herausgehen. Im Erdgeschoss findet sich darüber hinaus ein Bad mit Dusche. Eine Treppe neben dem Bad führen zum ersten Stock, wo sich drei Schlafzimmer befinden. Zwei Zimmer verfügen über Doppelbetten, eines davon, mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, ist ein Wintergarten, der aus der alten Veranda gestaltet wurde, bereits einige Jahre bevor die heutigen Besitzer die Azienda erworben haben. Von hier hat man einen wunderbaren Blick. Das dritte Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Das zweite Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im Flur. Il Poggiolo ist die ideale Unterkunft für den, der das Land liebt, die Ruhe und die typische Landschaft der Toskana.
