E' situato in aperta campagna, a 3 km dalla città di Grosseto, a soli 9 km dal mare di Marina di Grosseto e a circa 1.800 m dalla pista ciclabile che collega Marina di Grosseto a Grosseto. "Il Querciolo" è veramente una struttura completa che può soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di clientela. Dispone di una piscina di 7x14 m con un angolo idromassaggio. Ciascun appartamento ha un proprio porticato o terrazza dove gli ospiti possono far colazione all'aperto. Gli animali sono ben accetti. L'azienda agricola produce frutta e verdura che può essere acquistata direttamente in loco. Ad alcune centinaia di metri si trova l'aeroporto militare: la base accoglie i famosi "Eurofighter Typhoon 2000". Gli appassionati potranno vederli decollare o atterrare alcune volte alla settimana. Andiamo a descrivere brevemente ciascuna abitazione.

Saturno E' l'abitazione più grande. Dista 30-40 metri dagli altri appartamenti. Ha una superficie di circa 140 mq. Offre molta privacy, dispone di una recinzione e di un parcheggio privato all'interno del giardino lastricato. Si trova al primo piano (a piano terra abita l'anziana madre del proprietario che ha un giardino ed ingresso indipendente rispetto a "Saturno"). Una volta terminate le due rampe di scale si trova un ampio loggiato munito di tavolo e sedie. L'abitazione dispone di 3 camere da letto (di cui una con all'interno il camino), due bagni (uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca), cucina con frigorifero, congelatore, forno e macchina da caffè. Il lungo terrazzo coperto, accessibile dalla sala e da una delle camere, offre una bella vista sulla campagna circostante e sull'aeroporto.

 IL QUERCIOLO Located in the middle of the country, only 3 km from Marina di Grosseto and the sea, and about 1,800 m from the cycling road connecting Marina di Grosseto and Grosseto, "Il Querciolo" is really the right place for all kinds of guests. It has got a swimming pool of 7x14 m with a Jacuzzi in a corner. Each flat has got its own porch or terrace where guests can have breakfast in the open air. Pets are welcome. The farm produces fruit and vegetables which can be bought there. The military airport is just e few hundred metres away: the base hosts the famous "Euro-Fighter Typhoon 2000". People who love military planes will be able to see them take off and land several times a week. Here are the flats:

Saturno This is the largest flat (about 140 sq m) and is 30/40 metres away from the other flats. It offers guests a lot of privacy because of a fence and a private car park in the paved garden. It is on the first floor. The owner's mother, an old lady, lives on the ground floor of this building. Her flat has got an independent entrance and its own garden. You get to the flat by climbing up two flights of stairs. The flat has got a large porch with a table and chairs. There are three bedrooms (one of which with a fireplace), two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other one with a tub), a kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, an oven and a coffee machine. The long covered terrace, which can be reached from the living room and one of the bedrooms, has a beautiful view on the county side and the airport.

The owners are very nice people. We are positive you will spend your holiday here several times.

IL QUERCIOLO befindet sich auf dem Lande, 3 km von Grosseto, nur 9 km vom Meer bei Marina di Grosseto und ca. 1.800 m von dem Fahrradweg entfernt, der Marina di Grosseto mit Grosseto verbindet. "Il Querciolo" ist eine wirklich komplette Anlage und in der Lage die verschiedensten Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Sie verfügt über einen Pool von 7x14 m mit Whirlpoolecke. Jede Wohnung hat eine eigene überdachte oder offene Terrasse, wo die Gäste im Freien frühstücken können. Tiere sind herzlich willkommen. Auf dem Gut werden Obst und Gemüse produziert, die man hier auch direkt kaufen kann. Einige hundert Meter entfernt, befindet sich der Militärflughafen. Auf dem Stützpunkt befinden sich die berühmten "Eurofighter Typhoon 2000". Interessierte haben in der Woche einige Male die Möglichkeit, sie landen und starten zu sehen. Beginnen wir jetzt mit einer kurzen Beschreibung der Wohnungen.

Saturno ist die größte Wohnung. Sie liegt 30-40 m von den anderen entfernt und ist ca. 140 qm groß. Sie bietet viel Privatsphäre, ist eingezäunt und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz im gepflasterten Hof. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock (im Erdgeschoß wohnt die alte Mutter des Besitzers, die einen eigenen Garten und Eingang hat). Nachdem man die Treppe hinaufgegangen ist, kommt man an einen weiten Bogengang mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (eines davon mit Kamin), zwei Bäder (eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne), Küche mit Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Ofen und Kaffeemaschine. Die lange überdachte Terrasse, aus dem Wohnzimmer und einem der Schlafzimmer erreichbar, bietet einen schönen Blick auf das umgebende Land und auf den Flughafen.
