 A pochi chilometri da Scansano (il paese dove si produce il vino “Morellino”), posto su una collina, si trova il Podere „La Sorgente“. Si compone di due ville padronali e 3 abitazioni che vengono affittate. Tutti gli ospiti possono usufruire della piscina (6x12m; aperta dal 1° Sabato di Maggio al 1° Sabato di Ottobre) che offre uno stupendo panorama delle colline circostanti e del piccolo e vecchio paese di Montorgiali.
Su un lato del giardino dov’è ubicata la piscina, il proprietario ha realizzato con grande cura il proprio paradiso.
LA PINETA
Circondata di pini (perciò il nome La Pineta), in mezzo di un meraviglioso giardino, si trova una bellissima casa con vista sulla vallata sottostante fino al mare. Su tutta la lunghezza della casa c’è una grande portico dov’è possibile trovare un bel posticino fresco nei giorni più caldi. Dal portico si entra in un ampio soggiorno caratterizzato da pavimenti in cotto, pareti in pietra, angolo cottura in muratura, camino, tv con ricevitore satellitare ed un posto di riposo per lunghe e confortabili serate.
Dal soggiorno si accede nella camera matrimoniale anch’essa con un muro in pietra e soffitto con travi di legno.
All’unico bagno (munito di cabina doccia e piastrelle in cotto) si accede soltanto dalla camera.
LA SORGENTE Quest’appartamento si trova al primo piano sopra la casa dei proprietari e vi si accede per mezzo di una scalinata munita di un cancelletto (molto utile per impedire al proprio cane di fuggire). Al culmine della scala vi è grande terrazza (30mq) che offre una stupenda vista sulle colline toscane che circondano la proprietà. Qui sulla terrazza troverete un tavolo da pranzo con sedie ed ombrellone: un posto ideale per pranzare all’aperto o per abbronzarsi. Dalla terrazza si accede al soggiorno munito di camino in pietra, poltrone, tavola da pranzo e televisione con ricevitore satellitare. Dalla sala si entra nella cucina munita di lavastoviglie, forno e tutto quanto serve a cucinare. Per mezzo di un corridoio si accede alle 3 camere da letto (due con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli) ed al bagno con vasca/doccia.
LA QUERCIA E’ l’abitazione posta sul retro della proprietà. Non dispone di una recinzione ma offre un ottimo livello di privacy. Qui vi è una terrazza coperta da dove si accede al soggiorno caratterizzato da una piccola cucina, televisione con ricevitore satellitare, forno, frigorifero, congelatore e tavolo da pranzo. Per mezzo di un corto corridoio si accede alle due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e l’altra con due letti singoli) ed al bagno. |

 IL SOLE SORGENTE The country residence La Sorgente is on a hill a few kilometres from Scansano, the small town where the Morellino wine is produced. The residence includes the two owners’ villas and the two houses and one flat which can be rented. All the guests can use the swimming pool (6 x 12 m; opened from 1st Saturday of May to 1st Saturday of October) from which you can enjoy a splendid view on the hills surrounding the place and on the small, old village of Montorgiali.
On the garden side with the pool, the owner has made his own Eden!
LA PINETA This beautiful house is in the middle of a very beautiful garden and is surrounded by pine tress, this is why it was named “ La Pineta”. It has a unique view on the valley below, as far as the sea. A porch runs along the whole length of the house. There you can sit and relax during the hot months of the year. From the porch you get into the living room which has terra cotta tiles on the floor, stone walls, a fireplace, Sat TV, and sofas to relax.
From the living room you get into the double bedroom with stone walls and a ceiling with wooden beams. The house only bathroom is reachable from the bedroom.
LA SORGENTE This flat s on the first floor in one of the owners’ villas. You can reach it by walking up a staircase with a small gate ( the gate can be helpful if guests have got a dog). At the top of the staircase there is a large terrace ( 30 sq m) with an incredible view on the hills surrounding the residence. There is dining table with chairs and a beach umbrella on the terrace : an ideal place, therefore, to take meals or sunbathe. From the terrace you get into the living room which has a stone fireplace, some armchairs, a dining table and Sat TV. You get to the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and anything you may need to do the cooking. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms ( two double ones and one with twin beds) and to the tub-shower bathroom.
LA QUERCIA This home is at back of the property. Although it is not fenced, it offers a high degree of privacy. It has a covered terrace where the living room French door opens. This room has got a built-in kitchen with an oven, a fridge, and a freezer, Sat TV and a dining table. A corridor leads you to the two bedrooms ( a double one and one with twin beds) and to the bathroom. |

IL SOLE SORGENTE Nur wenige Kilometer von Scansano entfernt auf einem Hügel, (wo der „Morellino“-Wein hergestellt wird, liegt das Landgut „La Sorgente“. Es besteht aus zwei Haupthäusern und 3 Feriendomizilen, die vermietet werden. Das Pool (6 x 12 m; offen von erste Samstag von Mai bis erste Samstag von September), das eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das kleine und alte Dörfchen Montorgiali bietet, steht allen 3 Vermietern zur Verfügung. Die Besitzer haben mit viel Liebe aus ihrem Garten (wo der Pool ist) ein Paradies geschaffen.
LA PINETA Umgeben von Pinien (daher der Name la Pineta) inmitten eines traumhaften Gartens, befindet
sich ein wunderschönes Natursteinhaus mit Blick über das Tal bis hin zum Meer. Über die ganze Längsseite des Hauses zieht sich eine große überdachte Terrasse (Portico), auf der man an heißen Tagen ein angenehm kühles Plätzchen findet. Von der Terrasse aus kommt man in das sehr geräumige Wohn-Esszimmer mit charachteristischen Böden aus „Cotto“, Wände aus Natursteinmauern, einem offenen Kamin für lange und gemütliche Abende .
Vom Aufenthaltsraum kommt man in ein Doppelschlafzimmer, auch dieses mit Natursteinmauern und einer besonderen, alten Holzbalkendecke.
Neben diesem Zimmer gehen Sie in ein Duschbad, ebenfalls mit Colttoplattenboden.
LA SORGENTE Diese Wohnung befindet sich im l. Stock des Wohnhauses der Eigentümer mit separatem Eingang über eine Außentreppe und kleinem Tor (sehr praktisch, wenn man einen Hund hat).
Da kommen Sie zuerst auf eine Terrasse (30qm) mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die toskanischen Hügel, welche den Besitz umgeben. Hier finden Sie einen Esstisch mit Stühlen, und Sonnenschirm: ein idealer Platz um im Freien zu speisen und zum Sonnenbaden. Zuerst betritt man den großen Wohn-Essbereich mit einem offenen Kamin, Sitzgruppe, Esstisch und einem Fernseher mit SAT-Anschluss. Anschließend kommt eine Küche mit Abwaschmaschine, Backofen und alles was es braucht um gut zu kochen. Über einen Flur erreicht man die drei Schlafzimmer und das Bad mit Duschwanne. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestaltet, die zwei Anderen jeweils mit einem Doppelbett.
LA QUERCIA Ist das Haus hinter dem Haupthaus. Es ist nicht eingezäunt aber steht ganz abseits. Von der überdachten Terrasse kommt man in ein Wohnzimmer mit kleiner, gut eingerichteter Küche, Fernseher mit SAT-Anschluss und Esszimmertisch. Über einen Flur kommt man in die 2 Schlafräume, eines mit Ehebett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und in das Bad. |
