Queste tre belle abitazioni con piscina si trovano a soli 3 km dalla città di Castiglione della Pescaia. Il nome "Il Vigneto" deriva da quello del luogo dove sono ubicate. Anticamente, infatti, gran parte dei terreni posti a destra della strada che oggi collega Grosseto a Castiglione della Pescaia erano caratterizzati dalla cultura della vite. Proprietari erano gli abitanti di Tirli i quali, abitando in alta collina e circondati dai boschi, non avevano altro modo che coltivare a vite i terreni vicino a Castiglione della Pescaia. Dei terreni limitrofi all'antico borgo medioevale erano proprietari anche la famiglia dei Lorena i quali verso la fine del '500, al fine di proteggere le loro proprietà e vigneti, eressero delle mura parte della quali ancora oggi ben visibili.
Dunque quando percorrerete la strada che vi condurrà a "Il Vigneto", ricordate che state attraversando l'antica proprietà dei Lorena……..
I proprietari Flavia ed Alessandro sono molto ospitali e gentili. Hanno dedicato molta cura nel realizzare i tre appartamenti. Lo stile, i materiali e l'arredamento scelto ne sono la prova.
Ogni appartamento ha un proprio porticato con travi in legno dove poter mangiare all'aperto, un proprio barbecue, un divano letto matrimoniale, una bellissimo angolo cottura in muratura, riscaldamenti, Tv-Sat, VHS e giardino recintato.
Una lavatrice utilizzabile da tutti gli ospiti a pagamento è ubicata sul retro dell'edificio. La piscina misura 4x8 metri.
Una fila di olivi separa gli appartamenti dalla casa padronale. Gli animali sono ben accetti ma non lasciateli mai soli in casa.
Passiamo adesso a descrivere le due tipologie di appartamenti.

ANSONICA e MONTEREGIO Sono gli appartamenti più piccoli (2-4 persone), ciascuno di circa 55 mq. Dispongono di una sola camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale ed un angolo cottura in muratura. I due appartamenti sono speculari ed il porticato di ciascuno è stato separato con un muro di circa 2 metri che continua fino al soffitto con un intreccio di mezzane a nido di vespa tipico degli antichi fienili. I due appartamenti hanno il portico rivolto verso la piscina.

Vi consigliamo vivamente di trascorrere le vostre vacanze in questi appartamenti perché sono un ottimo connubio fra mare e campagna. Inoltre potrete raggiungere comodamente il mare o la città anche in bicicletta.

 IL VIGNETO These three beautiful flats, with a swimming pool, are only three kilometres from the town of Castiglione della Pescaia. The name "Il Vigneto" comes from the name of the place where they are located. In old times, in fact, a large part of the fields that are to the right of the road that connects Grosseto to Castiglione, were vineyards. The owners of these vineyards were the inhabitants of Tirli, who, living on a hill and surrounded by woods, had no other alternative than growing grapes in the fields near Castiglione. The fields near the small Medieval village of Tirli belonged also to the Lorenas, who, towards the end of the 16th century, in order to protect their properties and vineyards, built some walls, part of which are still there.
Therefore, while driving along the road leading you to Il Vigneto, do not forget that you are crossing the old Lorena family's property…..
The owners, Flavia and Alessandro, are very friendly and nice. They refurbished the three flats with love and care, as you will see from the style, the materials used, and the furniture.
Each flat has its own porch with wooden beams ceilings and a Bar-B-Q. There you can take your meals in the open air. Each flat has also a double sofa bed, a very beautiful built in stone kitchen, central heating, Tv-Sat, VHS and fenced garden.
A washing machine at the back of the building is available to all guests against payment. The swimming pool is 4 x 8 metres.
A row of olive trees separates the flats from the owners' house. Pets are welcome but don't let it alone into the house. Here are the three flats:

ANSONICA and MONTEREGIO These are the smallest flats (2-4 people), each of about 55 sq m. They have only a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a built in stone kitchen like Morellino. The two flats are symmetrical and their porches are separated by a two-metre high wall which reaches the ceiling with a terracotta wasps' nest structure which was typical of old barns. These flats have the porch facing the swimming pool.

We suggest you to spend your summer holidays at Il Vigneto because the flats are in the country but also near a beautiful small town and the seaside. Both can be reached by bike.

IL VIGNETO Diese drei schönen Wohnungen mit Pool befinden sich nur 3 km vom Castiglione della Pescaia entfernt. Der Name "Il Vigneto" stammt von dem Ort, auf dem sie liegen.
Ein großes Teil der Landschaft, rechts der Straße, die heute Grosseto mit Castiglione della Pescaia verbindet, war in alten Zeiten als Weinberg genutzt. Die Besitzer waren die Einwohner von Tirli, die auf hohen Hügeln umgeben von Wäldern lebten und daher nur die Grundstücke in der Nähe von Castiglione della Pescaia mit Wein anbauen konnten. Einer der Besitzer, der an das alte mittelalterliche Dorf angrenzenden Grundstücke, war die Familie Lorena, die Ende des 14. Jahrhunderts ihr Eigentum und ihre Weinberge mit einer Mauer schützten, die noch heute gut zu sehen ist.
Daher wenn Sie entlang der Straße fahren, die zu "Il Vigneto" führt, sollten Sie daran denken, dass Sie über das alte Eigentum der Lorena fahren........
Die Besitzer Flavia und Alessandro sind sehr gastfreundlich und nett. Sie haben viel Sorgfalt in den Bau der drei Wohnungen gelegt. Der Stil, die Materialen und die Einrichtung sind der Beleg dafür.
Jede Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene überdachte Terrasse mit Holzbalken, wo man im Freien essen kann, einen eigenen Grill, ein Sofabett, eine schöne gemauerte Kochnische, eine Heizung, Tv-Sat, VHS und eingezäunten Garten. Eine Waschmaschine, die sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet, steht gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung aller Gäste. Der Pool ist 4 x 8 m groß.
Eine Reihe Olivenbäume trennt die Wohnungen von dem Haus der Besitzer. Tiere sind willkommen aber lassen Sie sie nie alleine im House. Jetzt kommen wir zur Beschreibung der zwei Wohnungstypen.

ANSONICA e MONTEREGIO Sind die kleineren Wohnungen für 2-4 Personen, ca. 55 qm groß. Sie verfügen über nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Zweibettsofa und gemauerter Kochnische. Die beiden Apartments liegen nebeneinander und die überdachten Terrassen sind durch eine Mauer aus typisch toskanischen Ziegelsteinen von ca. 2 m Länge bis zur Decke getrennt. Die überdachten Terrassen beider Apartments liegen auf der Seite des Schwimmbeckens.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen Ihre Ferien in diesen Apartments zu verbringen, denn Sie bieten eine optimale Verbindung zwischen Meer und Land. Insbesondere kann man sowohl das Meer wie auch die Stadt bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
