Caratteristica casa colonica restaurata situata nelle dolci colline (mt 240 s.l.m.) a nord di Lucca a soli circa 8 km dalla città. A soli 30-35 km si possono raggiungere località di mare come Viareggio e Marina di Torre. La casa è divisa in due parti e, poiché è ubicata su un terreno terrazzato, entrambi gli appartamenti hanno l’ingresso a piano terra con il proprio spazio esterno dove si trovano tavolo, sedie e barbecue.
Da “La Buchetta” si gode un bellissimo panorama sulle colline circostanti dove è possibile fare delle piacevoli escursioni a piedi o in mountain-bike. Pochi metri sopra all’abitazione vi è anche una piscina di forma ovale (mt 10x5; profondità 1,2 m), in comune ai due appartamenti, da cui si gode una meravigliosa vista sulla città di Lucca.
In una stanza esterna in comune alle due unità immobiliari vi è una lavatrice.
I proprietari, che abitano in una villa ubicata sotto a “La Buchetta” e distante solo pochi metri, sono rispettosi della privacy dei loro ospiti e sempre molto disponibili e gentili.
Gli animali domestici sono ammessi ma non devono essere lasciati soli in casa. La proprietà non ha recinzione e nelle ville limitrofe ci sono altri cani.

SOPRA  Dal giardino riservato a questo appartamento si accede all’abitazione salendo 4 scalini. Dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale, di una camera con un letto a castello e di un bagno con doccia. Scendendo due scalini si accede al soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto con forno, fornelli e frigorifero e un secondo bagno con WC e lavandino. In soggiorno vi è anche una TV con lettore DVD.

SOTTO Per accedere all’appartamento si devono salire due gradini. Una volta entrati troviamo a destra la camera con un letto matrimoniale e di fronte la porta della piccola camerina con il letto a castello. Sia dalla camera matrimoniale che dalla camerina è possibile accedere (vi sono 2 porte) al bagno con doccia. Per entrare nell’ampio soggiorno si devono scendere tre scalini. Da qui, attraverso un arco in mattoni e scendendo un gradino si accede alla cucina munita di fornelli, forno e frigorifero. In soggiorno vi è una TV con lettore DVD ed un divano letto matrimoniale. Il tavolo e le sedie all’aperto riservate a “Sotto” si trovano a pochi passi dall’ingresso dell’abitazione, al di là del viottolo che conduce all’altro appartamento.

 LA BUCHETTA “La Buchetta” is a characteristic farmhouse located on the low hills (240 m above sea level) to the north of Lucca and only 8 km from the town.  Famous seaside resorts like “Viareggio” and “Marina di Torre” are only 30-35 km from the house. “La Buchetta” is divided into two parts and, as it is located on a terrace, both flats have their entrance on the ground floor, and their own outside area where there is a table with chairs and a B-B-Q.
You can enjoy a beautiful view from the house over the surrounding hills where you can make some interesting excursions on foot or by mountain bike. A few metres above the house there is also an oval swimming pool (10x5 m large and 1.2 m deep) shared by the two flats with a beautiful view over the town of Lucca.
The washing machine is in an external room which is shared by the two flats.
The owners, who live in a villa below “La Buchetta”, and only a few metres away, are very respectful of their guests’ privacy and are always very kind and helpful.
Pets are allowed but should not be left alone inside. The property is not fenced and there are dogs in the nearby villas.

SOPRA From this flat’s garden you get to the flat itself by going up 4 steps. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower. By going down two steps you get to the living room where there is a double sofa bed, a cooking area with  a cooker, an oven and a fridge, and to the second bathroom with a WC and a basin. There is also a TV set and a DVD player in the living room.

SOTTO To get to the flat you have to go up two steps. As soon as you get into the flat you will see the double bedroom  on the left, and the single bedroom, with a bunk bed, in front of you. You can get to the bathroom with a shower both from the double room and single room through two doors. To go into the large living room you have to go down three steps. There, by walking down one step, you get to the kitchen which has a cooker, an oven and a fridge. There is a TV set with a DVD player in the living room and a double sofa bed. The table and chairs reserved for “Sotto” are a few metres from the flat, beyond the path that leads to the other flat.

 LA BUCHETTA Typisches renoviertes Landhaus auf den sanften Hügeln (240 m über Meeresspiegel) nördlich von Lucca gelegen und nur 8 km von dieser Stadt entfernt. In 30-35 km kann man Badeorte wie Viareggio und Marina di Torre erreichen. Das Haus ist in zwei Wohnungen geteilt und da es auf einem terrassierten Grundstück liegt, haben beide Wohnungen den Eingang im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Außenbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und Grill.
Von „La Buchetta“ aus genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick über die umliegenden Hügel, wo man wandern oder Ausflüge mit dem Mountainbike machen kann. Wenige Meter oberhalb hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über Lucca. In einem gemeinsamen Außenraum befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Die Besitzer, die in einer Villa wenige Meter unterhalb „La Buchetta“ wohnen, haben viel Respekt vor der Privatsphäre Ihrer Gäste und sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Haustiere sind erlaubt, allerdings dürfen sie nicht allein zu Hause gelassen werden. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt und in den Nachbarvillen wohnen Hunde.

OBEN Von dem eigenen Garten kommt man über 4 Stufen in die Wohnung, die über ein Doppelbettzimmer, ein Zimmer mit einem Stockbett und ein Bad mit Dusche verfügt. Zwei Stufen hinunter sind das Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettsofa, Kochecke mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank und ein WC. Im Wohnzimmer ist auch ein TV mit DVD-Player.

Unten Man kommt über zwei Stufen in die Wohnung. Einmal in der Wohnung befindet sich rechts ein Doppelbettzimmer und gegenüber die Tür des kleinen Zimmers mit Stockbett. Von beiden Zimmern (über zwei Türen) kommt man ins Bad mit Dusche. Drei Stufen hinunter ist das Wohnzimmer. Von hier aus, durch einen Steinbogen und über eine Stufe kommt man in die Küche mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank. Im Wohnzimmer sind ein Doppelbettsofa und TV mit DVD Player. Tisch und Stühle für den Außenbereich befinden sich  wenige Schritte vom Eingang entfernt, jenseits des Wegs zur zweiten Wohnung.
