Su una collina, a circa 20 km da Volterra ed a circa 45 km dalle spiagge di Cecina, sorge “La Lavanda”, una casa colonica restaurata e suddivisa in due appartamenti indipendenti ma affittabili soltanto insieme. La vista e la tranquillità di questa abitazione sono uniche.
Leggermente più in alto ed a pochi metri dalla casa vi è una piscina con acqua salata (10x4x1,35 metri).
I proprietari vivono in un’altra abitazione situata a circa 50-70 metri da “La Lavanda”.
La strada che conduce all’abitazione è asfaltata.
 
Appartamento più grande (80m²) Vi si accede salendo alcune scalette circondate di piante di lavanda. Dal loggiato, dove gli ospiti possono fare colazione all’aperto, si entra nel soggiorno con l’angolo cottura munito di forno elettrico, tavolo con sedie, divano e Tv con ricevitore satellitare. Dal soggiorno si può accedere ad un ripostiglio, al bagno con doccia, a due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e l’altra con due letti singoli). Dalla camerina con i due letti singoli, per mezzo di una porta-finestra, si può accedere all’esterno per raggiungere la piscina.

Appartamento più piccolo (55m²) E’ situato a piano terra. Dalla porta d’ingresso si accede ad un ampio soggiorno munito di un angolo cottura con forno elettrico, un tavolo con sedie, una tv con ricevitore satellitare ed un camino d’angolo. Dal soggiorno si accede alla camera matrimoniale ed ad un bagno con doccia. Quest’ultimo appartamento è ideale anche per portatori di Handicap.

I cani sono ammessi ma si chiede ai proprietari la massima attenzione per evitare che questi danneggino l’arredamento o che si tuffino in piscina con i proprietari. La proprietà non è recintata.

  LA LAVANDA “La Lavanda” stands on a hill about 20km from Volterra  and about 45km from the beaches of Cecina. It is a refurbished farmhouse divided into two independent flats which can be rented only together. The view from this house and its quietness are unique.
A salt water swimming pool (10x4x1.35m) is located a little bit uphill and only a few metres from the house.
The owners live in another house which is about 50-70m from “La Lavanda”. An asphalt road leads to the farmhouse.

Bigger Flat (80sqm) This flat is upstairs and can be reached by going up a flight of stairs lined by lavender plants. From the portico, where guests can take their breakfast in the open air, you can get into the living room where there is a cooking area with an electric oven, a table with chairs, a sofa and Sat TV. There is a closet, next to the living room, and two bedrooms (a double one and one with twin beds). The twin-bedded room has a French window opening into the swimming pool area.

Smaller Flat (55sqm) This flat is on the ground floor. The front door opens into a large living room where there is a cooking area with an electric oven, a table with chairs, Sat TV and a corner fireplace. From the living room, you can get to the double bedroom and to the bathroom with a shower. This flat is ideal for handicapped people too.

Dogs are welcome but their owners are kindly requested to prevent them from damaging the furniture and swimming in the pool.

 LA LAVANDA Auf einem Hügel, ca. 20 km von Volterra und ca. 45 km von den Stränden von Cecina, steht „La Lavanda“, ein Haus im kolonialischen Styl, unterteilt in zwei unabhängigen Wohnungen, die jedoch nur zusammen gemietet werden können. An diesem Haus ist die Aussicht und die Ruhe einzigartig.
Leicht erhöht und wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt das mit Salzwasser gefüllte Schwimmbad (10x4x1,35 m).
Die Besitzer wohnen in einem Haus ca. 50 bis 70 Meter von „La Lavanda“ entfernt.
Die Strasse, die zum Haus führt ist asphaltiert.

Man kommt zur grösseren Wohnung (80 m²) über einige Treppchen, die von Lavendel umrankt sind. Von einem Bogengang aus, wo die Gäste auch das Frühstück im freien einnehmen können, kommt man in ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchenzeile mit Back-ofen, einem Tisch mit Stühlen, einem Sofa und SAT-TV. Weiter geht es zu zwei Schlaf-zimmern, (eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten) und eine Bad mit Dusche. Vom Zweibetten-zimmer kommt man durch eine Fenstertür hinaus zum Schwimmbad.

Die kleinere Wohnung (55 m²) liegt ebenerdig. Durch die Eingangstüre kommt man in einen grossen Wohnraum, mit Küchenzeile, Backofen, einem Tisch mit Stühlen, SAT-TV und einem Eckkamin. Wiederum vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man zu einem Doppel-schlafzimmer und einer Dusche. Diese Wohnung ist auch rollstuhlgängig.
Hunde sind erlaubt, doch sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass sie die Möbel nicht beschädigen oder gar im Schwimmbad baden. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt.
