La piccola strada, che porta al podere "Le Bandite", si snoda attraverso prati, campi e oliveti. Questo è il posto ideale per chi è alla ricerca di pace e tranquillità. L'antica casa di pietra naturale, restaurata nel 2002, è divisa in due appartamenti molto belli. Come ogni altra casa antica anche questa ha una sua anima, la vita qui diventa più tranquilla, invita all'ozio. Uno splendido panorama su meravigliosi paesi antichi come Montelaterone, Castel del Piano e Montegiovi, situati in mezzo a oliveti dallo splendore argenteo, un paesaggio che incanta, che entusiasma sempre e che cattura.

San Venerio (4+2 Persone) Piano terra (accessibile con la sedia a rotelle) Davanti all'appartamento c'è un porticato con mobili da giardino. L'antico forno proprio dietro, fa pensare ai tempi passati. Attraverso la porta d'ingresso si entra nel comodo soggiorno con cucina in muratura, tavolo e sedie e camino aperto. Da qui si arriva ad un corridoio dove si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno. Dappertutto ci sono belle travi di legno e pavimenti di mattoni, che creano un'atmosfera molto accogliente. Tutte le finestre sono dotate degli "Scuri", le tradizionali persiane. In sala c'è una porta di collegamento, che può essere aperta dal proprietario, se famiglie amiche lo desiderano, altrimenti è sempre chiusa.

In ogni appartamento è possibile aggiungere 1-2 letti supplementari pagando un extra. Ogni appartamento dispone di SAT-TV e di lavatrice. Dietro la casa, la piscina fiancheggiata da due vecchi olivi, invita a fare il bagno. Tutto qui è una garanzia per delle vacanze eccellenti.

 LE BANDITE The narrow road that leads to Le Bandite, winds through meadows, fields and olive yards. If you are looking for peace and quietness, this is the ideal place for you! The old natural stone house, refurbished in 2002, is divided into two very beautiful flats. Like every other old house in Tuscany, also this one has got a "soul" and life there becomes lazy and relaxing. It has also an incredible view on very old small towns like Montelaterone, Castel del Piano, and Montegiovi which are surrounded by splendid, silver olive yards and by a charming countryside which bewitches guests.

San Venerio (4 + 2 people) Ground floor (reachable with wheel chairs). There is a porch, in front of the flat, furnished with garden furniture and there is an old oven at the back which reminds you of ancient times. The front door leads you into a comfy living room with a built-in stone kitchen, a table with chairs and an open fireplace. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are along a corridor. The wooden beam ceilings and terra cotta tile floors create a very comfortable ambience. All windows have got " scuri", the traditional Tuscan shutters. There is a door in the living room which connects the two flats and which can be opened by the owner if there are two families of friends. Otherwise it is always locked.

You can add one or two more beds in each flat by paying an extra sum of money. There is SAT TV in each flat, as well as a washing machine. There is also a swimming pool, lined with old olive trees, at the back of the house.

LE BANDITE Die kleine Straße, die zum Podere Le Bandite führt, schlängelt sich durch Wiesen, Felder und Olivenhaine. Wer Ruhe und Frieden sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das alte Natursteinhaus wurde 2002 renoviert und in zwei schöne Wohnungen aufgeteilt. So wie jedes alte Haus hat auch dieses eine eigene Seele, das Leben wird hier ein paar Takte ruhiger, verlockt zur Muße.Eine herrliche Aussicht auf wunderschöne, alte Dörfer, wie Montelaterone, Castel del Piano und Montegiovi, eingebettet in silberschimmernde Olivenhaine, eine Landschaft, die verzaubert, immer wieder begeistert und gefangen nimmt.

San Venerio (4+2 Personen) Erdgeschoss (rollstuhlgerecht) Vor der Wohnung ist eine großer Porticato mit Gartenmöbeln. Der alte Backofen gleich dahinter, lässt hier an vergangene Zeiten denken. Durch die Eingangstüre betritt man als erstes den gemütlichen Wohnraum mit gemauerter Küchenzeile, Essplatz und offenem Kamin. Von hier kommt man in einen Durchgang. Da liegen die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Überall gibt es die schönen Holzbalkendecken und Ziegelfußböden, die eine besonders heimelige Atmosphäre zaubern. An allen Fenstern sind "Scuri", die traditionellen Schattenläden angebracht. Im Wohnraum gibt es eine Verbindungstüre, die vom Besitzer geöffnet werden kann, wenn befreundete Familien anreisen. Sonst ist sie geschlossen.

In beiden Wohnungen sind jeweils 1 - 2 Zustellbetten gegen Aufpreis möglich. Jede Wohnung hat Fernseher mit SAT-Empfang und jeweils eine Waschmaschine. Hinter dem Haus lädt der Pool zum Baden ein, zwei alte Olivenbäume flankieren ihn. Alles hier ist eine Garantie für "Ferientage per Excellance".
