Situata a Castiglione della Pescaia, a soli 300 m dalla spiaggia questa abitazione rappresenta una meta ideale per trascorrere delle rilassanti vacanze al mare. E' infatti immersa nel verde e lontano dalla confusione tipica dei paesi di mare. Le "Dune" fa parte di un gruppo di villette a schiera indipendenti.
E' arredata con gusto e dispone di un ampio giardino recintato che vi apparirà non appena varcato il cancello di ingresso pedonale. Una spaziosa veranda pistrellata con il cotto offre la possibilità di far colazione o cenare all'aperto. In giardino è presente un BBQ ed una doccia.
Nel soggiorno, spazioso e luminoso, vi sono un tavolo con sedie e un divano.
Sul lato destro vi è un grazioso cucinotto (con due lati aperti sul salotto) con forno, frigorifero, fornelli, acquaio e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare.
Di fronte all'ingresso salendo 2-3 scalini si raggiunge il reparto notte costituito da una camera matrimoniale, da una camerina con due letti singoli e da un bagno con doccia. La camera matrimoniale è dotata di una porta-finestra con cancello in metallo che conduce al giardino sul retro.
In soggiorno, a destra del cucinotto, vi sono delle scale che conducono ad un seminterrato costituito da un largo corridoio di passaggio (dove sono presenti due divani letto singoli) che conduce ad un'altra camera da letto con due letti singoli ed ad un secondo bagno con doccia. Una piccola porta sul lato sinistro del corridoio funge da accesso alla zona caldaia ed al freezer. La presenza di riscaldamenti a gasolio fanno di quest'abitazione un'attrazione per tutti coloro che amano il mare anche nei periodi primaverili ed autunnali.
"Le Dune" è un'ottima soluzione anche per due famiglie con bambini piccoli.
Si segnala inoltre che a soli 300 metri è presente anche un buon ristorante.

 LE DUNE Located in Castiglione della Pescaia, only 300 metres from the beach, this house is ideal to spend a relaxing and quiet holiday by the sea as it is surrounded by vegetation and far from the typical noise of sea side resorts.
"Le Dune", which is part of a group of independent semi-detached houses, is furnished with good taste and has got a large fenced garden that you will see as soon as you cross the pedestrian gate. A large veranda paved with terra cotta tiles gives you a chance of having breakfast or dining in the open air. There is a Bar-b-q in the garden and a shower too.
In the large and full of light living room there is a dining table with chairs and a sofa. On the right, there is a delightful kitchenette (with two sides open into the living room) with an oven, a fridge, a cooker, a sink and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Opposite the living room, by going up a two step staircase, you get to the night area where there is a double bedroom, a small bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. The double bedroom has got a French window, with an iron gate, that leads into the back garden.
In the living room, to the right of the kitchenette, there is a staircase leading to a basement where there is a large corridor (with two single beds) that leads you to another bedroom with twin beds and to another bathroom with a shower. A small door on the left of the corridor opens into a room where there is a freezer and a boiler.
The presence of oil fired central heating makes this house very special for those who love the sea also in the spring and autumn periods. "Le Dune" is also the perfect solution for two families with children. There is also a restaurant only 300 metres from the house.

LE DUNE Liegt in Castiglione della Pescaia, nur 300 m vom Strand entfernt. Es ist das ideale Domizil um einen entspannten Meeresurlaub zu verbringen, da es sich im Grünen befindet, weit entfernt vom normalen Trubel der Städte am Meer.
"Le Dune" gehört zu einer Gruppe unabhängigen Reihenhäuser. Das Haus ist mit Geschmack eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen eingezäunten Garten, der sich direkt hinter dem Fußgängereingang öffnet. Eine mit Cotto geflieste breite Terrasse bietet die Möglichkeit im Freien zu Frühstücken oder Abend zu essen. Im Garten befinden sich auch ein Grill und eine Dusche.
Im großen und hellen Wohnzimmer stehen ein Tisch mit Stühlen und ein Sofa. An der rechten Seite liegt eine nette Kochecke (mit zwei offenen Seiten Richtung Wohnzimmer) mit Ofen, Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschbecken und allem Nötigen zum Kochen. Gegenüber dem Eingang, über 2-3 Stufen, kommt man in den Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbettzimmer, einem Zweibettzimmer und einem Bad mit Dusche. Das Doppelzimmer hat eine Glastür mit Metallgitter, die zum Garten auf der hinteren Seite des Hauses führt. Im Wohnzimmer, rechts der Kochecke, befindet sich eine Treppe, die in das Kellergeschoß führt. Hier gibt es einem weiten Flur (mit zwei Einzelbettsofas), der zu einem Zweibettzimmer und zu dem zweiten Bad mit Dusche führt.
Eine kleine Tür auf der linken Seite des Flurs führt zur Heizung und zum Tiefkühlschrank. Da das Haus im Winter geheizt werden kann, haben Meeresliebhaber auch die Möglichkeit hier im Frühling oder im Herbst zu wohnen. "Le Dune" ist auch eine sehr gute Lösung für zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern. 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein gutes Restaurant.
