MADRECHIESA La piccola strada che Vi porta qui si sviluppa tra vigneti e uliveti attraversando prati con greggi di pecore. Solitaria e appartata sta Madrechiesa nella campagna collinare non distante da Grosseto. La vacanza comincia immediatamente: non c'è stress ma solo pace e riposo. Un luogo creato per le vacanze. La casa è divisa in due, unite da un giardino chiuso su tre lati. Nella metà di destra abitano i proprietari e a sinistra si trova.

Eva Prima si raggiunge il confortevole soggiorno con cucina, lavastoviglie e zona pranzo. Poi si arriva alle camere, una matrimoniale con bagno e una con 2 letti. (Si accede al bagno solo attraverso la camera più grande!) Bellissimo è lo spazio esterno. Dalla terrazza circondata da un muro si ha una vista favolosa sulle colline toscane. Sdraio sotto un salice piangente invitano a sognare. Poco oltre, passando per una querce secolare, si trova un gruppo di cipressi con un grosso barbecue e un pozzo. Sul lato opposto si trova un'aiuola circolare per ballare e alla parete della casa una cassa per la musica. La piscina è poco più in basso. Lì si trova anche una casetta in cui i proprietari hanno ricavato una cucina estiva. Non viene affittata.

 MADRECHIESA The narrow road that leads you here winds up among vineyards, olive groves and meadows with of flocks of grazing sheep. Madrechiesa stands in the solitary hilly countryside not far from Grosseto. Your perfect holiday starts as soon as you get there: no stress at all, only nature and total relaxation! The house is divided into two parts that are separated by a garden which is fenced on its three sides. The owners live in the right flat. The left flat is called:

Eva This flat has got a comfortable living room with kitchen facilities, a dishwasher, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms: a double one with a bathroom and one with twin beds (you can get to the bathroom only through the double bedroom door). Outside there is a beautiful terrace surrounded by a wall and from which you can enjoy a unique view on the Tuscan hills around. There are deck chairs under a beautiful willow tree on which you can relax, sleep and dream. A bit far away there is a very old oak tree and a group of cypress trees with a big Bar-B-Q and a well. On the other side there is a circular area to dance and, on a wall of the house, there is a music loudspeaker. The swimming pool is not far away. There is a small house next to the pool that the owners have turned into a small summer kitchen. This cannot be rented.

 MADRECHIESA Die kleine Strasse, die Sie zum Haus bringt, schlängelt sich durch Weinberge und Olivenhaine, dazwischen immer wieder kleine Schafherden auf der Weide. Abgeschieden und still liegt das Madrechiesa in der herrlichen Hügellandschaft unweit von Grosseto. Hier haben Sie Urlaub von der ersten Minute an: kein Stress, nur Ruhe und Erholung pur. Ein Ort wie geschaffen, um Ihre Urlaubstage nach Lust und Laune zu genießen. Das Haus ist in zwei Hälften aufgeteilt, die durch einen auf drei Seiten geschlossenen Garten verbunden sind. In der rechten Hälfte wohnen die Besitzer, links liegt.

Eva Zuerst kommt man in den gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit Sitzgruppe, einer sehr schönen Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine und Essplatz. Dann geht es in die Schlafzimmer, eines mit Ehebett und Bad, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. (Ins Badezimmer kommt man nur über das große Schlafzimmer!) Zum Verlieben schön ist der Außenbereich. Von der mit einer Mauer begrenzten Terrasse hat man eine grandiose Aussicht über die toskanische Hügellandschaft. Sonnenliegen unter einer Trauerweide laden zum Träumen ein. Ein Stückchen weiter, vorbei an einer 100jährigen Eiche, steht bei einer Zypressengruppe ein großer gemauerter Grill und ein Brunnen. Dies alles wird zu einer Bühne, auf der man sich dem Kreieren von köstlichen Gerichten hingibt. Auf der anderen Seite ist ein Rondell zum Tanzen und an der Hauswand ein Lautsprecher für Musik - eine Einladung zum Sommernachtsball. Das Schwimmbad liegt etwas unterhalb. Dort steht auch ein kleines Haus, in dem die Besitzer sich in einem der Räume eine Sommerküche eingerichtet haben. Diese wird nicht vermietet.
