Un paradiso immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità delle colline nei pressi una tipico paese dell'entroterra maremmano. Queste potrebbero essere le parole da usare per descrivere brevemente ciò che più caratterizza "Il Poderino".
Stiamo parlando di un gruppo di tre abitazioni ubicate in campagna a circa 900 metri dal paese di Cinigiano. In paese potrete trovare bar, ristorante, generi alimentari e tabaccheria.
Se amate rilassarvi sotto il sole rinfrescandovi di volta in volta potete farlo tranquillamente poiché l'azienda "Il Poderino" dispone di una piscina 6x14m. Se invece vi piace visitare luoghi caratteristici, a soli 30 km troverete Montalcino, il Castello di Porrona dista soltanto 6 km, il monte Amiata 25 km.
Il proprietario ha lavorato alcuni anni come capo area per la Barilla (famosa industria alimentare italiana). Ha da sempre nutrito passione per la campagna. Quando poi il nonno gli lasciò in eredità l'attuale azienda agraria, insieme alla moglie decisero di realizzare le tre abitazioni che andremo a descrivere. Tutte le case si trovano a piano terra, dispongono di forno elettrico, frigorifero e riscaldamenti a gas. Il proprietario metterà a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti una lavatrice.
Le abitazioni denominate "Il Girasole" ed "Il Leccio" si trovano alle spalle dell'abitazione del proprietario mentre "L'Oliveto" è posizionato più a sinistra rispetto alla villa padronale che incontrate arrivando ed ha il porticato che guarda la piscina e, nel tempo stesso, la vallata sottostante.

Il Leccio Anche questa abitazione dispone di un soggiorno con angolo cottura gas, bagno con doccia e due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli). Qui, però, le due camere non sono comunicanti. Poiché, su richiesta, è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo, vi è la possibilità di ospitare fino a 5 persone. La casa prende il nome dal grande leccio, posto a destra dell'ingresso, all'ombra del quale potrete ripararvi in estate.

We are talking about a group of three contry houses 900 meters from the small village of Cinigano, where you can find a tobacconist's, a bar, a restaurant and a grocer's.
If you love relaxing in the sun, and getting fresher from time to time, you will be able to do that easily as the farm house has a swimming pool (6 x 14). If you like visiting typical Tuscan villages, Montalcino is only 30 km away and the castle of Porrona only 6 km. Mount Amiata is 25 km from the house.
The owner worked for some years as manager of the local branch of Barilla (a famous Italian foodstuff producer) and has always been in love with the countryside. When his grandfather left him this farmhouse, he and his wife decided to refurbish it and make the three houses we are going to describe below. They are all on the ground floor and have an electric oven, a fridge, and gas heating. The owner will supply the guests with a washing machine too.
Il Girasole and Il Leccio are behind the owner's house, while L'Oliveto is to the left. This house has a porch facing the pool and the valley below. You will see the owner's house as soon as you get to the place.

Il Leccio This house too has a living room with cooking facilities and a gas stove, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms ( a double one and one with twin beds). The two bedrooms are not communicating here. As, on request, an extra bed can be added, the house can host up to 5 people. The house is named after the big ilex tree to the left of the main entrance, under which you can sit and relax in the summer.

 Ein Paradies eingebettet ins Grün und die Ruhe der Hügel in der Nähe eines typischen Dorfes des Hinterlandes der Maremma: Dies könnten die Worte sein, welche die Charakteristika von "Il Poderino" am besten beschreiben.
Es handelt sich um drei Wohnungen auf dem Land, nur ca. 900 m vom Dorf "Cinigiano" entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es eine Bar, ein Restaurant, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und einen Zeitungskiosk.
Wenn Sie es lieben, sich unter der Sonne zu entspannen und sich ab und zu abzukühlen, sind Sie hier richtig, da das Gut "Il Poderino" über einen Pool von 6x14 m verfügt.
Wenn Sie gerne Besichtigungen machen, so befinden sich in der Nähe Montalcino in nur 30 km Entfernung, die Burg von Porrona 6 km entfernt und der Monte Amiata 25 km entfernt.
Der Besitzer, der einige Jahre bei der bekannten italienischen Lebensmittelfirma Barilla als Abteilungsleiter gearbeitet hat, hat schon immer eine Leidenschaft für das Land gehabt. Als er das Gut von seinem Großvater erbte, beschloss er mit seiner Frau diese drei Wohnungen zu bauen. Alle Wohnungen befinden sich im Erdgeschoß und verfügen über elektrische Herd, Kühlschrank und Gasheizung. Der Besitzer stellt seinen Gästen eine Waschmaschine zu Verfügung.
Die Wohnungen "Il Girasole " und "Il Leccio" befinden sich hinter der Wohnung des Besitzers, die Wohnung "L'Oliveto" befindet sich links der Besitzervilla, die sie beim Ankommen sehen werden. "L'Oliveto" hat eine überdachte Terrasse in Richtung auf den Pool und das darunterliegende Tal.

Il Leccio Auch diese Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke mit Gasherd, Bad mit Dusche, und zwei Schlafzimmern (ein Doppelbettzimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten). Hier gibt es keine Verbindungstür zwischen den Schlafzimmern. Auf Anfrage kann man hier ein Zusatzbett dazustellen und daher kann die Wohnung bis zu 5 Personen beherbergen. Die Wohnung hat ihren Namen von der großen Steineiche, die rechts vom Eingang steht und unter derer Schatten Sie im Sommer Schutz vor der Sonne finden können.
