Francesca soddisferanno sicuramente le vostre esigenze. Circondata da cipressi, posta su una delle tante colline che caratterizzano la Val d’Orcia, un panorama mozzafiato, una grande piscina (7x14) a due profondità, una struttura in pietra con la presenza di due loggiati, questi sono gli elementi che fanno di S. Francesca un luogo ideale per trascorrere delle vacanze indimenticabili. Anche se in S. Francesca sono stati realizzati 4 appartamenti il Dr. Franco, figlio del titolare, ha pensato bene di garantire agli ospiti un alto grado di privacy. Non a caso ciascun appartamento dispone di uno spazio all’aperto dove poter mangiare senza essere disturbati dalla presenza altrui; quattro diversi vialetti conducono ai vari appartamenti. Gli interni sono stati realizzati rispettando lo stile architettonico di fine ‘800 (data in cui fu realizzato il casale) ed, al tempo stesso, offrendo agli ospiti un alto grado di comfort e eleganza. Il Dr. Franco parla inglese, dunque qualsiasi vostra necessità o richiesta di informazioni sarà soddisfatta. Adesso descriviamo i 2 appartamenti a piano terra.

Il Fienile Come si può intuire dal nome, rappresentava il luogo dove veniva conservato il fieno per gli animali della fattoria. Oggi è stato trasformato in un trilocale che dispone di un loggiato all’ingresso (dove non è possibile mangiare), un soggiorno con divano, un mobile-cucina con piastre elettriche, Tv-Sat, camerina con 2 letti singoli, camera matrimoniale e bagno con vasca idromassaggio.

A piano terra, fra “Il Capanno” e “La Limonaia”, vi è una grande stanza di 60 m² con camino, tavoli, sedie, bagno ed angolo cottura che, dietro compenso, può essere messa a disposizione degli ospiti (solo per un gruppo che richieda di prenotare almeno 3 o tutti gli appartamenti di S. Francesca).

A tutti gli appartamenti è messa a disposizione una piccola stanza che accoglie la lavatrice. A richiesta è prevista anche una culla per neonati. S. Francesca è una struttura unica nel suo genere. Siamo certi che vi piacerà così tanto da volerci tornare.

 S. FRANCESCA If you love the hills, the countryside, the quietness of the old stone farm houses near Siena, the flats inside the farmhouse S. Francesca will certainly meet your needs. The farm is surrounded by cypresses, and is set on one of the many hills which are characteristic of the Orcia Valley. The view from there is breathtaking. The is a large swimming pool (7x14) with two depths, and two porticos. The place is ideal to spend unforgettable holidays. Although there are four flats, Dr Franco, the owner’s son, has succeeded in guaranteeing the guests a high grade of privacy. In fact, each flat has got a large open area where you can take meals without being disturbed by other guests. Four different paths lead to the four flats. The flats have been made according to the architectural style of the late 19th Century (the period in which the farm was built). At the same time, guests can enjoy all modern comforts and elegance. De Franco speaks English, therefore he can help you in case of need.

Il Fienile As we can see from the name (hayloft), this flat was once the place were the hay for the farm animals was stored. Nowadays it is a three-room flat with a portico at the entrance (where you cannot take meals). There is a living room with a single sofa bed, and cooking facilities with an electrical cooker, Sat TV, a small single bedroom and a double bedroom. The flat has got a bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

On ground floor, between “Il Capanno and “La Limonaia”, there is a big room of 60 square meters with fireplace, tables, chairs, bathroom and little kitchen. This room can to be used, against payment, from a group interested to rent three or all S. Francesca’s flats.
All the flats  share a washing machine which is in a small spare room. On request, also a cradle is available. S. Francesca is unique as a farmhouse. We are sure you will like it so much that you will want to spend one more holiday there.

Umgeben von Zypressen, auf einem der zahlreichen Hügel gelegen, die für das Orciatal typisch sind, bietet der Hof ein atemberaubendes Panorama, einen großen Pool (7x14) und ein Haus aus Stein gebaut. Alles Merkmale, die S. Francesca zu einem idealen Ort für unvergessliche Ferien machen. Auch wenn sich auf dem Hof S. Francesca vier Wohnungen befinden, hat Dr. Franco, Sohn des Eigentümers, bei der Erstellung dieser Wohnungen sehr genau darauf geachtet allen Gästen die notwendige Privatsphäre zu garantieren. So besitzt jede Wohnung einen Außenbereich, wo man ungestört essen kann; vier verschiedene Wege führen zu den Wohnungen. Die Inneneinrichtung entspricht dem architektonischen Stil Ende des Siebzehnten Jahrhundert (Entstehungszeit des Gebäudes) und bietet den Gästen ein hohes Niveau an Komfort und Eleganz. Dr. Franco spricht Englisch und kann alle Ihre Wünsche bzw. Ihren Bedarf an Information befriedigen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich folgende Wohnungen:

Il Fienile Wie der Name sagt, wurde früher das Heu für die Tiere des Hofes dort gelagert. Heute bietet diese Wohnung einen Laubengang (wo man nicht essen kann), ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Küchenmöbel mit Elektroherdplatten, SAT-TV, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer mit Whirlpool.

Im Erdgeschoß zwischen der Wohnungen “Il Capanno” und “La Limonaia” befindet sich ein großes Zimmer (60 qm) mit Kamin, Tischen, Stühlen, Bad und Kochecke. Werden mindestens drei der Wohnungen von einer Gruppe gemeinsam gemietet, so kann dieses Zimmer gegen Aufpreis mitgenutzt werden.  

Ein kleines Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Waschmaschine steht jedem Mieter zur Verfügung. Auf Anfrage kann eine Babywiege zur Verfügung gestellt werden. San Francesca ist in seiner Art einmalig.  Wir sind sicher, dass es Ihnen so gut gefallen wird, dass Sie werden zurückkommen wollen.
