Bella villa in pietra ubicata su una delle tante colline che circondano Sinalunga.
Il paesino più prossimo è Farnetella. Il panorama che offre “Villa Stella” è bellissimo. Stando comodamente seduti sotto al pergolato si gode una stupenda vista della vallata sottostante, del paese di Rigomagno e dei numerosi paesini arroccati sulle colline circostanti.
La villa si trova in una buona posizione anche per chi volesse usarla come “campo base” per escursioni (Arezzo circa 35 km, Siena circa 40 km, Lucignano 6 km, Rapolano Terme circa 15 km e Cortona circa 35 km).
Tranquillità, verde e natura sono le tre caratteristiche di questa abitazione. La villa più vicina si trova a 70 metri. Tutta la proprietà è recintata.
La villa si sviluppa su due piani (200 m²). L’arredamento è semplice ma caratteristico (alcuni mobili sono stati acquistati dal proprietario dell’antico castello di Farnetella).
A piano terra troviamo la cucina, un salotto con camino (non funzionante) e un bagno con vasca. La cucina è molto ampia e vi si può accedere anche dal giardino.
Si accede al primo piano per mezzo di una ripida scala. Qui vi sono tre camere (due matrimoniali, una con due letti singoli) ed un bagno con doccia.
Prima di accedere ad una delle due camere matrimoniali è necessario attraversare una stanza dove si trova un divano letto matrimoniale. A caratterizzare questa stanza vi è un vecchio e grande camino che la proprietaria ha sapientemente modificato in armadio per appendere i vestiti.
I proprietari non vivono qui e circa due volte a settimana il guardiano entrerà in giardino per poche ore per curare piante e fiori.
Purtroppo in questa villa gli animali non sono accetti.

 VILLA STELLA - This is a beautiful stone villa located on one of the many hills surrounding Sinalunga. The nearest village is Farnetella. The view from Villa Stella is magnificent. While sitting comfortably under the pergola, you can enjoy the splendid view on the valley below, the village of  Rigomagno and the numerous villages on the hills.
The villa is strategically situated if one wants to use it as a starting point to make excursions (Arezzo is about 35 km, Siena 40 km, Lucignano 6 km, Rapolano Terme 15 km, and Cortona 35 km).
Quietness, green and nature are the characteristics of this house. The nearest villa is 70 metres away. The whole property is fenced.
The villa has two floors (200 sq m). The furniture is simple but very special (some pieces were bought by the owners in the old castle of Farnetella).
On the ground floor the is the kitchen, a living room with a fireplace (not working) and a bathroom with a tub. The kitchen is very large and has also a door opening into the garden.
A steep staircase leads to the first floor where there are there bedrooms ( two double ones and one with twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower.
To get to one of the double bedrooms you have to cross a room which has a double sofa bed. There is also an old, large fireplace in this room that the owners have intelligently turned into a wardrobe.
The owners do not live at Villa Stella. Twice a week the guardian looks after the plants and flowers of the garden but just for a couple of hours.
Unfortunately, pets are not welcome.

 VILLA STELLA - Ist ein schönes Steinhaus, das auf einem der vielen Hügel um Sinalunga liegt.
Das nächste Dorf ist Farnetella. Der Ausblick aus der „Villa Stella“ ist einfach bezaubernd.
Beim Sitzen unter der Laube genießt man einen herrlichen Blick auf das darunter liegende Tal, auf das Dorf Rigomagno und auf die verschiedenen kleinen Dörfer der umliegenden Hügel.
Die günstige Lage dieser Villa bietet die Möglichkeit viele Ausflüge zu machen (Arezzo ca. 35 km, Siena ca. 40 km, Lucignano 6 km, Rapolano Terme ca. 15 km und Cortona ca. 35 km entfernt). Ruhe, Grün und Natur sind die drei Merkmale dieses Quartiers: Die nächste Villa liegt 70 m entfernt. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt.
Villa Stella hat zwei Stockwerke (200 qm). Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber typisch für die Gegend (der Besitzer hat einige Möbel aus dem „Farnetella“ Schloss gekauft). Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich die Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin (nicht funktionsfähig) und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und ist auch aus dem Garten zugänglich. Über eine steile Treppe kommt man in den ersten Stock mit drei Schlafzimmern (zwei Doppelbettzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer) und einem Bad mit Dusche. Eines der beiden Doppelbettzimmer ist durch einen Raum mit Doppelbettsofa erreichbar. Die Besonderheit dieses Zimmers ist ein alter und großer Kamin, der von der Besitzerin in einem Kleiderschrank umgewandelt wurde. Die Besitzer wohnen nicht hier, aber der Hausmeister kommt zwei Mal in der Woche für ein paar Stunden in den Garten und kümmert sich um die Pflanzen. Leider sind Tiere hier nicht erlaubt.
Wir sind sicher, dass Sie in der „Villa Stella“ einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen werden.
